Charming condo, located on the ground floor at Hispaniola Hillside Condos in Sosúa, a secure gated community. Features two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, a spacious living area, a fully-equipped kitchen and a balcony. Wonderful amenities outside: Swimming Pool and lounge area, tennis and basketball court, playground and more. A 10 minutes walk to the city center and to Sosúa beach. This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips! This ultra-modern 3-story villa contains 4 bedrooms all with on-suite baths spanning its 3 levels. Bedroom 1 is on the main level, bedrooms 2 and 3 accompanied by a game room are on the second level and the master suite spans the entire 3rd level. Each level has an outdoor patio and lounge area. The villa boasts a private pool with a jacuzzi, outdoor shower and bathroom, a private gazebo and 2 outdoor TVs.

Walking distance to everything you may need - beaches, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Residencial has it's own restaurant, Hispaniola Diners Club, 24\7 security, tennis court and basketball court. The beautiful landscapes of Hispaniola are perfect for a lovely walk or a morning jog.
