Purple Sunset - La vostra Penthouse ad Alghero

Incantevole attico adagiato su una delle cale più esclusive di Alghero. Tre camere da letto, di cui una con bagno en-suite. Una cucina equipaggiata di qualsiasi utensile per luculliani pranzi, cene ed abbondanti colazioni. Un ampio soggiorno elegante e moderno arricchito da un arredamento soave e delicato di pregiata qualità. Una volta varcata la porta scorrevole del salone si arriva nella terrazza. Un momento di pausa ed il sogno può aver inizio. Un’ esperienza che ha sapore di eterno.

Mansarda sul mare, fronte isola dell’Asinara

Mansarda fronte mare situata sopra una villa immersa nel verde. La casa dista 20 metri circa dal mare con discesa privata. La spiaggia è caratterizzata da ciottoli e sabbia, il mare è adatto per bambini, snorkeling e pesca sportiva con un fondale ricco di sabbia e scogli. La casa offre cucina con soggiorno e letto singolo richiudibile , camera da letto con letto matrimoniale più letto singolo, bagno. Oltre ad un terrazzo vista mare in cui si può mangiare e godere di tramonti mozzafiato.

Experience a truly exclusive oceanfront experience. Our Front Row house has unobstructed views, located a few steps from several sandy coves with crystal clear waters. Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.
