Hytta har god standard med nytt velutstyrt kjøkken og koselig bad. Vaskerom og ekstra toalett i kjeller. Flotte uteplasser m/ bålpanner.

Modern holiday home right by the lake

Modern holiday home in functional style in a newer cottage area at the popular Bråstadvika, a popular recreational area for Gjøvik and the surrounding area. Located right by Mjøsa and it is only 2km to the center of Gjøvik. It has a fantastic views and sunshine. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, one bathroom with 2 showers, garage, laundry room, 2 terraces with one of them as a partial winter garden, open plan kitchen and living room. TV, internet, ventilation, heat pump and air conditioning.

Nyt rolige dager i en lun hytte med helt ny vedfyrt sauna, perfekt for å slappe av etter turer i fjellet eller en dag i bakken. Hytta er stor (109kvm), romslig og åpen. Området rundt har gode turforhold både til fots, på ski og på sykkel. Det er mulighet for jakt- og fiske. Rett utenfor døra finnes et godt utbygd nett av velpreparerte skiløyper. Det er kort vei til alpinanleggene i Trysilfjellet (25 minutter) og Sälen (35 minutter). Her har man nærhet til aktiviteter både sommer og vinter.

Pannehuset and Birkenhytta

As you can see the pichtures show you two cabins, built together. The new cabin have two bedrooms, bath and a smal kitchen. Separate toilet. The old cabin has tow rooms one a bedroom , the other a living rom. The furniture is old in this rom , and has some old paintings as well. There are a stove to make it warm, nice and cosy. Firewood for free. There are plenty of space to sit outside, in wintertime this is on the starting place for Birken skirace. 3km from Rena.

Efter en grusväg uppe på ett berg i hjärtat av finnskogen hittar ni lugnet i det här smultronstället med allt som behövs för en underbar semester.här bor man med tystnaden mitt i naturen, precis vid en sjö men med alla bekvämligheter man kan tänkas behöva. I närområdet finns flera sjöar och fina fiskevatten, möjligheten att plocka bär och svamp, vandra eller varför inte ta en tur upp till ”rännbergs toppen” (vandringsled upp till en närliggande bergstopp)

Smallholding in Nordskogbygda

Old, but recently renovated smallholding from the late 19th century. In the ground floor it is an entrance, kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. The second floor consist of a big room with the possibility to house many people. It is also a second restroom in this floor. Outside is a lovely garden, and during winter you could put on your cross-country skis and start skiing from the house. Elverum city is just a short 20 min. drive from the house.

At Krismesjøen you'll find one small but beautiful lakeside log-cabin, called Krismekoia (the Krisme cabin). The cabin originates from the manual forestry industry occurring on the property in the past. Hytta har privat terasse, 1 bad og 1 soverom + sovesofa i stue med tilsammen 4 sengeplasser. Gården ligger ca 15 minutters kjøring med bil til byen, Elverum. En matbutikk ligger ca 13 minutter unna. Du bør ha bil skal du bo hos oss. Du vil finne en gård i drift, med traktor kjøring til tider, men også stillhet, natur, trær, jorder og skog som naboer. Av og til kan man se elg og rådyr på jordene. Av og til er det nordlys!
