Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Välkommen till ett unikt boende i rofylld miljö med sjöutsikt strax utanför Växjö. Bo på flotten ett stenkast ut i den långgrunda Tävelsåssjön. Fint både sommar och vinter. Njut av solnedgång över sjön. Öppna upp dörrarna mot vattnet så snart du vaknat. Varför inte både ett kvälls och morgondopp efter bastun? Utedusch Bra fiske med gös, abborre , gädda mm. Bra Wi-fi. Bastu. Svamp och bär. Egen stor parkering på tomten. The mill is several hundred years old, but the apartment is modern. The apartment is an open planning, and you have the sound of the river directly outside the window. House with a view and sauna by lake Bolmen.

En stuga på ca 70m2 byggt 2005 delvis renoverat 2018 med fin sjötomt. Liten privat båthamn finns precis i närheten av tomten. Ca 5 minuter till Tallberga mataffär med bil. Det finns en egen strand på tomten som delas med värdfamiljen annars så finns det en allmän strand knappt 100 meter ifrån stugan. Finns även en bastu i badrummet om man vill värma sig.
