@sihuasurfhouse sits on a private beach 5 mins from Mizata and Nawi Beach House. The beach is 100% sand, U-shaped and 7.5miles long perfect for horseback rides or long walks. Ideal for families looking for a spacious property to relax in privacy. There is a large charcoal grill (pick up charcoal on the way or purchase teak firewood at the property) as well as a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and serving ware for a large group (we do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, spices etc).

Moderna y acogedora casa en Costa Azul

Recién construida, espectacular casa de playa frente al mar. Esta propiedad cuenta con casa principal con tres dormitorios con baño propio y aire acondicionado en cada habitación. El rancho social cuenta con baño, comedor principal, desayunador, y bar. Todo esto a unos pasos de una refrescante piscina de filtro. Los jardines son engramados y su verde espectacular contrasta con el azul del mar. La cocina esta completamente equipada con refrigerador, freezer, cocina y todos los utensilios.

Calm and cozy house on Coatepeque lake. Enjoy the spectacular views and sunsets of the volcanic lake. Ideal for couples looking for a getaway. Small and comfy house. Great location, just 2km from the gas station and a mini market, 45 minutes from San Salvador, right in front of Cardedeu/La Pampa (restaurant). Please note there are numerous stairs to get to the house, not suitable for anyone with physical difficulties.
