Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

"Casa Mar" is a unique Mexican style home with arched doorways, locally made floor tiles and woodwork throughout, and modern with all amenities. The ocean view upon entering the house takes your breath away. All three bedrooms have king- size beds and bathrooms with walk-in showers. The terraces offer seclusion for sunbathing and relaxing in the hot tub. Enjoy three outdoor dining areas including the rooftop. The lower terrace has a bar and king bed for a great afternoon siesta.

Come and enjoy an amazing beach home in the best possible spot in Rocky Point, Mexico. Kayaks, chairs, a firepit, and an amazing palapa are waiting for you to make incredible memories. Linens, fast wifi, central air/heat, a garage and laundry room are all included. Very near to the town, yet in the private community of Las Conchas; this home is set directly on the beach and right across from the 24/7 security guard station. A local maintenance person is on call.

Contamos con otra propiedad de las mismas características ubicada en el mismo lugar llamada Villa Marina, también disponible en Airbnb. Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay on my sailboat "Delirio" ( 28 ft) anchored in secluded Bahia Concepción. The ocean waves will rock you to sleep while you enjoy the beautiful night sky. The morning sun will wake you up just in time, if you are lucky, to catch a glimpse of the curious dolphins swimming by the bay. It truly is an experience like no other! But if you’re less adventurous, ask me for options.
