Second story apartment is a newly renovated space over hosts' garage (guests must be capable of climbing one flight of spiral stairs). It has a full kitchen (Including dishwasher), full bath (shower only - no tub), nice sized bedroom with queen bed and closet. Second story large private deck. NO DIRT ROADS TO PROPERTY! Adults only and (sorry!) no pets.

Box T Studio

The Studio is a moderate sized living quarters set up purposely for lounging, relaxing, personal entertainment and rest. Set within the compound of a historical property (The Box T Ranch built in 1902), the studio is the perfect home plate for all your Southern Arizona adventures. It includes an amazing king size bed, comfortable furnishings, a 57" Sony TV, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, 2 person walk in shower and an AC unit. We are within 5 minute walking distance into town. Perfect getaway!

McFitz Ranch House is fully remodeled and available. Its a 3000 sqft 4 bedroom 3 bathroom w/ two master suites, and game room on 5 acres of beautiful horse property. Close to many attractions such as several wineries, brewery, the Sonoita rodeo grounds, Parker Canyon and Patagonia Lake, La Cienega Preserve and more. This location is ideal for Wedding Parties, Wine vacations, Rodeo, Kentucky Derby Fans, bird watching the Santa Cruz County Fair, hunting seasons or family weekends to the lake
