Great place, good location, lots of restaurants close by. Thi was so very friendly, responsive and helpful. There was some noisy construction across the street, but quieted in the evenings. Not a fault of the apartment. The only complaint I may have is that the lighting is rather dull in all rooms. A few brighter lights/lamps would help. Would recommend

I had such a wonderful stay at Lynn’s beautiful studio! The location is absolutely perfect — just steps from My Khe Beach, with amazing ocean views right from the balcony. Lynn is a fantastic host — super friendly, helpful and professional. You can tell she really cares about making your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. The area is full of great restaurants and cafés just minutes away, and the atmosphere is peaceful and chill. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Da Nang. I’d absolutely stay here again! 🌸🌞

강아지와함께한 가족여행에 다낭에서 최고의 숙소였습니다. 제일 최고인점은 청결합니다. 샤워필터가 필요없을정도로 일주일동안 필터색이 거의 변하지 않았고. 주방기구 침실 욕실 모두 깨끗합니다. 수영장도 무료이용 가능하지만 추워서 이용하지는 않았어요. 그러나 제가 예약할때쯤에는 헬스장 설명이 조금 부족했어서 유료인지 몰라서 첫날은 그냥 갔다가 이용을 못했고 마지막날은 운영시간이 오후9시까지인데 7시에 문을닫아서 이용을 못했어요.. 한가지 아쉬운거말고는 전체적으로 너무 만족하는 숙소예요~!̆̈!̆̈

Great spot! Right on the beach, tons of restaurants in the area, awesome views. Warm water runs out pretty quick, water pressure could be a bit better. It's a really nice place for Vietnam standards, not if you're used to 5 star USA or EU standards. We stayed here for almost 1 month, and enjoyed our stay!

The location is very good, but it’s not a luxury apartment building. There’s a picture of a luxury apartment building, but this is the one it’s the one behind it. The toilet smelled a bit like sewage in the apartment sometimes. I like the fact that they were toiletries and slippers. The kitchen was also very well equipped.

We really loved this place to stay. Linh always responded right away and did everything she could to help. We stayed for a month and love the space and layout of the apartment as well as the short walk to the beach. There is inexpensive local food everywhere as well as nice restaurants. Convenient stores on every corner. The beach is stunning with a ton of space to enjoy the ocean or walk the sidewalks even when it’s busy with people. It’s particularly beautiful at night with all of the lights. The only problem we had was an ongoing construction project that was going on in the apartment above us from the time we came to the time we left. Constant drilling, sawing, and hammering. I believe this problem would not affect future guests but you may want to be aware that the walls aren’t very sound proof. Overall, we were happy with everything else and it was an affordable place to stay on the beach!

I recently stayed at this lovely apartment in Da Nang and was genuinely impressed. The location is fantastic. It is just a short walk to the Han River, Han Market, and the Da Nang Museum. It’s perfect for exploring the city on foot and surrounded by stylish cafés and great restaurants, which made everything super convenient. The apartment is a well-designed corner unit with a clean, modern style and a warm, welcoming feel. What truly stood out were the views: each window offers a different perspective of the city, from the sparkling Han River to the bustling streets, and even a stunning view of the bay that looks just like a painting. What surprised me most was how the apartment looked even better in person than in the photos. The bed were comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The large fridge, big TV, and perfectly working air conditioning in every room made the stay especially comfortable. Duc was very friendly and accomodating. We booked a bit last second but he was still very responsive and made sure that we we’re comfortable and settled in. The place was clean and spacious with the master bed room having a huge a bathroom that was very clean. The kitchen was nice and the dry cleaner and washing machine came in very handy for us too. Overall this place is amazing and would highly recommend booking with Duc and staying here at altars suite da nang.

The host is fantastic! He let us check in early, gave us a gift when we checked out and even held our luggage for us. Very clean, with amazing amenities. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Da Nang!

I recently stayed at a lovely property in Da Nang and had an amazing experience. The host, Frank, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness made a big difference. The amenities at the hotel were top-notch—spacious, clean rooms with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The property also had some thoughtful touches that added to the experience. While the location is a bit outside the main tourist areas, it’s still very convenient. Using Grab made it easy and affordable to get around, so I never felt disconnected from the action. In fact, being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle was a nice change of pace. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Nang! It’s a gem, and Frank’s hospitality makes it even better.

Logement impeccable! May a été serviable depuis le premier jour, elle s’est assurée que nous ne manquions de rien. Ce logement situé dans l’hôtel à la carte est connu de tous (Grab / Taxis) et est en bord de mer, facilement accessible à pied, près du dragon bridge. Le rapport qualité prix est très correct! Elle vous propose même un service nettoyage complet du logement compris dans le tarif. Merci encore May!!

Our group of 4 enjoyed our stay at Duyen's place. The location is great - right by the beach. Lots of food and massage options nearby as well. The apartment was clean, the host provided enough towels and everything else we needed even a laundry detergent. Duyen was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly.

I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—right in the heart of everything and just a short walk to the beach. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the host was awesome—responsive and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a central and convenient getaway!

Great place and location

The reception staff are very nice and the layout is very comfortable. There are washing machines, dryers and washing powder available for free👍

Cannot recommend highly enough! We had such a comfortable stay. The unit had everything we needed and more. The view was gorgeous and we loved going for a dip in the pool while seeing the sunset. The location is a bit further away from the hustle and bustle of the city core, but very easy to get around by Grab. Would love to stay at Anh's place again if we're ever in Da Nang!
