Beautiful country charm. Your perfect getaway with land to roam. Cozy in the winter and clean and airy in summer. Everything ready for you! Peace and quiet. Listen to the animals in the meadow at night. Swing in the hammock and toast marshmallows at the fire pit. Access to above-ground pool, kayaking, snowshoeing and hiking. This is a location near North Pond of Belgrade Lakes 20 minutes from Waterville, Farmington, Skowhegan, 30 minutes from Augusta. Great serene place to spend your time!

This cozy and comfy ski in/ski out condo is in a desirable location and just a short chairlift ride to the base of Sugarloaf Mountain. Ski or mountain bike directly from the condo! Family friendly. A queen bed settled in an alcove, queen murphy bed and pull out full size sofa bed provide plenty of sleeping space. Convenient indoor access to the pool, hot tubs, and sauna at the Sugarloaf Sports and Fitness Center (additional fees apply). Full kitchen, and one of the few with AC for summer!

Rustic Country Apartment on The Moosehead Trail.

We recently acquired the house we live in which has an efficiency apartment in the back. It is cozy and private. The house is old and unique. It was previously a long term rental. We wanted to provide a restful space in the heart of Maine Highlands, the crossroads of Central Maine. We enjoy the scenic area with beautiful lakes rivers, multiuse trail systems and trail head of the 100 mile wilderness of the Appalachian Trail, Moosehead lake, Maine's largest lake, and State Parks.
