In the winter, enjoy hitting the slopes and a cozying up in the window seat where you can watch the snow falling down! Our 2 bedroom, 2 full bath Condo is pet friendly; the perfect location to rest and relax with the comforts of being central to some of the best four season activities this area has to offer.

Ski In/Ski Out Sugarloaf Sugartree 2 Deluxe Studio

This cozy and comfy ski in/ski out condo is in a desirable location and just a short chairlift ride to the base of Sugarloaf Mountain. Ski or mountain bike directly from the condo! Family friendly. A queen bed settled in an alcove, queen murphy bed and pull out full size sofa bed provide plenty of sleeping space. Convenient indoor access to the pool, hot tubs, and sauna at the Sugarloaf Sports and Fitness Center (additional fees apply). Full kitchen, and one of the few with AC for summer!

2 bedroom mountainside condo near hiking trails!

Clean and well maintained two bedroom condo available for the summer located at Sugarloaf. Condo has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and sleeps 4. (One queen and two twins), Close to all outdoor activities including great walking, hiking and biking trails. Golf course just minutes away. Head to Flagstaff Lake for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. Enjoy a Pontoon boat ride with Flagstaff Tours. Go moose watching, check out the Bison and deer farm. So much to do in our area!

6011 Allagash Drive at Sugarloaf

1,200 square foot townhouse on West Mountain. On mountain convenience, with off the beaten path quietness. It is about a 3-4 minute walk to the West Mountain chair, for 'almost' ski-in ski out convenience. The Explorer Shuttle comes right to the development 3 times an hour on weekends, 2 during the week. Top of the line finishes, fireplace, laundry, gourmet kitchen with exceptional cookware. 1 King Bed in master and a Queen bed in each other room.

Valley Crossing 2 bedroom condo

This quiet condo is in the heart of Carrabassett Valley. Sugarloaf skiing and golf is just 7 miles away. Mountain bike right from the condo. There are 80 miles of trails available, for all different levels of mountain biking. The narrow gauge trail is a short ride from the condo. Hiking is plentiful, Bigelow Mountain, Burnt Mount, or hike to one of Maine Huts and Trails' huts. Tufulio's Restaurant is conveniently located nearby.

First Tracks at Sugarloaf

Welcome to First Tracks! Our home is located in the Timbers, a great jumping off point for all your adventures. Located right on the ski trail and less than a three minute walk to Sugarloaf Village. Plenty of room to spread out in the condo with a game room downstairs (ping pong tourney anyone?). Two fireplaces, cozy seating, games and a hot tub to recover after a day of adventure.

Sugarloaf Ski in/out condo

Ski in/out of our Snowbrook condo right on Sugarloaf Mountain. Cross Country Ski to the groomed trails right outside the unit. Ski all day on a nationally ranked mountain and then enjoy the active night life with live music playing at several venues on the mountain. Trails for hiking and mountain biking are right behind the condo for the summer/fall.
