Apartamentul este la etajul 1 din 3,într-un bloc nou,cu lift, finalizat 2022. Apartamentul este in Oradea (Sânmărtin), într-o zonă liniștită, blocul fiind înconjurat de case. La numai 10 minute de băile termale (Băile Felix, Aquapark Nymphaea). Vă așteptăm cu drag să petreceți o vacanță care să vă încarce cu energie si voie bună.

Welcome to Greenhouse Nook, a unique two-bedroom retreat in Șuncuiuș, Bihor County. What makes this place truly special is the greenhouse-inspired living room, with retractable glass doors, this space transforms in summer into an open-air lounge, connecting you with nature. The house with two master bedroom have a romantic canopy bed, while the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. Is having a big terrace, complete with lounge furniture, a fire pit for open-air barbecues, and hammock.

Vă propunem un apartament elegant și primitor, situat într-o clădire rezidențială, dotată cu lifturi și parcare subterană privată. Unitatea de cazare dispune de două dormitoare luminoase, un living spațios, o bucătărie complet utilată și o baie modernă, echipată cu cadă și articole de toaletă gratuite. Acest apartament se bucură de o locație deosebită, oferind acces facil către principalele puncte de interes turistic, precum Aquapark Nymphaea și celebra stațiune balneară Băile Felix.

Amenajat recent, studioul nostru vă oferă un spațiu generos unde găsiți tot ce aveți nevoie pentru un sejur deosebit de vacanță sau weekend, într-o ambianță intimă, plăcută, odihnitoare, recreativă dar și căldura unui mic ”acasă” pentru perioada în care te afli în zonă în interes de serviciu sau afaceri. Într-un format ”open space” studioul include o zonă de dormit cu pat matrimonial, una pentru zi cu o canapea extensibilă, un spațiu de gătit, o baie generoasă, curte, terasă și parcare.

Country House

Country House este o cabana din lemn vechi restaurat, un loc special pentru conectarea cu natura. Așezată pe malul unei bălți private de pescuit, îti va asigura momente de liniste, relaxare și deconectare. Cabana Country House are la parter un living cu canapea extensibilă, o bucătărie utilata si o baie iar la mansarda un pat dublu care comunica cu livingul, nefiind inchisa cu vreun perete. Afară pe terasă exista o masa si gratar. Pentru gratar aveți nevoie de carbuni sau lemne.
