Boryana is a great host! It was a big pleasure to communicate with her and I had no issues during my stay at her place. The apartment is also good - looks brand new and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. I liked the location too. It’s within a modern district with some good restaurants and shops nearby. Walkable to Bulgaria mall. Mountain views from the balcony as a bonus :) Can recommend for anyone looking for a good value for money option stay in Sofia.

Останахме много доволни от престоя ни. Единствената ни препоръка би била смяната на матриците на леглата. Всичко останало беше прекрасно. Благодарим на Рая за всичко. Нищо не ни липсваше.

The best value for both long and short stays. We offer hosting apartments with a very kind and responsible host. The Billa market is just downstairs, and the metro and bus stations are only a one-minute walk away. Everything is excellent, and despite having many issues with my health , I was able to sleep so well and more comfortable . We also love to walk to the biggest Pulse Fitness; there is a sauna and it is quite relaxing. I truly feel at home in the new country, especially in her apartment. Thank you very much, Super host 💪😍

Het verblijf in dit appartement was erg fijn en iedereen aan te raden. Het appartement is mooi, ruim en is van alle gemakken voorzien. De locatie is rustig en gelijk aan het bos gelegen met een supermarkt om de hoek. Het enige minpunt vonden wij dat de kamers in de ochtend vrij snel licht worden, omdat er geen verduistering aanwezig is.

Villa Romance is a true hidden gem! If you're looking for a peaceful retreat away from the city, this is the perfect place. Nestled at the foot of Lyulin Mountain, the fresh air and tranquility made our stay incredibly relaxing. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that feels like home. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay, whether for a short getaway or a longer visit. The proximity to Bankya’s Health Alley was a great bonus, and we also enjoyed exploring the nearby forest. Liubomir was warm, welcoming, and ensured we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a serene escape while still being close to Sofia, I highly recommend Villa Romance. We would love to return!

We spent a lovely winter weekend in this cozy two story house, where it was warm and cozy inside despite the weather outside. Plenty of room for 5 adults in the 3 bedrooms upstairs (lots of pillows and blankets on the comfortable beds). A large bathroom on each floor. Enough space downstairs, with a sunken living room (couches, TV), dining room table and kitchen (with utensils etc. to do a moderate amount of cooking easily but it wouldn't be easy to cook all meals). Location is great: close to the Metro (which is really easy to use), buses and trams, though Sofia is super walkable. Grocery stores for all basic needs right across the street, supermarkets in walking distance, cafes and restaurants closer to the pedestrian Vitosha Blvd which is nearby. Our hosts were terrific. Proactive in making sure everything worked out, answering our queries quickly and thoroughly, friendly and informative. Definitely a super base for visiting Sofia.

a great house with lots of room. the garden I really beautiful. veska was vert helpfully and bought a another crib because we came with 2 babies.

Прекарахме повече от чудесно във вилата. Къщата е оборудвана идеално и с вкус, има всичко което може да ви потрябва за престоя ви, безупречно чисто и истински уют. Страхотно за семейно прекарване на чист въздух, природа и спокойствие, игра с детето и кучето в красивия и идеално поддържан двор. Батутът беше уникално забавление за малката, а в детската стая - играчки за занимания на закрито. Дворът е абсолютно обезопасен за кучето. Местността е живописна, с невероятни гледки, идеално за разходки. Селото е много китно и подредено, хората приветливи. Деница е страхотен домакин! Благодарим ѝ за гостоприемството и отзивчивостта! Не можеше да бъде по-хубаво!

Great place - also for larger groups. Two cosy units. Close to the centre. Lively area, but once inside you can feel at home. Great host that helped with everything we could have asked for.

Спокойно студио в сграда с контролиран достъп. Оживен район в района на пазар Димитър Петков и цветната борса, достатъчно магазини, ресторанти и удобен градски транспорт. Студиото е удобно и комфортно, домакините предоставят всичко необходимо, отговаря на снимките. С удоволствие ще посетя отново.

We had a fantastic stay at Plamenka's apartment and I can honestly say that she's one of the best hosts I have ever experienced! Plamenka was always responsive, friendly and forthcoming and there for us when we had questions. The flat is squeaky clean, very charming and cosy, with really everything that one needs for a lovely stay in Sofia at hand. Despite it's very central location, it's really calm and quiet and just very inviting, comfortable and cosy. The metro station is about 5-6 minutes of walking distance, there are many shops and restaurants around the corner from and it just feels like you're in the centre of the city, but still able to enjoy the calmness of the flat. We're looking forward to hopefully staying at the flat again soon and can honestly only recommend it to everyone looking for a lovely place to stay while visiting Sofia. :) Thank you for everything, Plamenka! :)

Clean and comfortable. Convenient for skiing. Quiet but central. Easy to keep warm. Well equipped kitchen. Recommend for a great value ski trip.

What an absolute fabulous apartment, from the amazing entrance onwards top class apartments, every thing could need provided, kitchen stocked with lots of items, nice hand wash and shampoo, very quiet with triple glazing, TV with netflix and other digital channels, will come again, thanks

Nadia’s place is fantastic. Lots of lights and power outlets. Comfortable floor plan. Nice sized kitchen and bathroom. A short walk from public transit, shopping and restaurants. Quiet, well secured location. I highly recommend Nadia’s place for your next trip to Sofia.

l appartamento è nuovissimo, in un palazzo appena ristrutturato, si è al 12 piano con ascensore e si gode di una vista a 360 gradi sulla città! ampi spazi interni dotati di tutti i comfort, camere spaziose e grandi bagni forniti di tutto. sicuramente da consigliare ad altri ospiti! grazie all host!

Perfect, stressfree stay! The place is large and comfortable, Lyubo had great communication. Walking distance to all major sights. Would defs stay again.
