The space is a 120 sq.m. fully renovated, charming and bright apartment with two large cozy bedrooms, a full bathroom, a dining area and huge living room with a pull-out sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a wide terrace with a great view to a beautiful garden. Rome Apt is located in a lively and well-connected neighborhood. (Student's City) The Winter Palace of Sports, the National Sports Academy, Hristo Botev Hall and the University of National and World Economy are all within 10 minutes by foot. Within 6 minutes walk, you can find a bus stop with 3 different buses that go to (city center). There is also a night bus that passes through that area. Around 10 minutes walk, you can also find "Joy Station" that hosts different concerts/events.

You find the cottage in an amazing village location, where you can enjoy lovely hikes, read a book and grill over open fire. The property is a lovely converted barn, keeping some original features such as a stone wall and wooden beams, yet wirh all modern facilities of a newly fitted kitchen, bathrooms, airconditioning in summer and heating in winter. The hosts holds chickens and grows an organic vegetable garden as well as an orchard with various fruit trees.
