The space is a 120 sq.m. fully renovated, charming and bright apartment with two large cozy bedrooms, a full bathroom, a dining area and huge living room with a pull-out sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a wide terrace with a great view to a beautiful garden. Welcome to my contemporary, cozy, quiet, light, and warm central apartment, 56 sq. m, balancing comfort and aesthetics. It was my parents place. Located on the 4-th floor in an authentic 1930-40s building in a typically socialist style (no lift), like many other buildings in the center. Many of our neighbors were doctors, most lived to 80-90 years. Now the building, although strong, does not look as a new and shiny hotel. But it is worth to feel the Bulgarian atmosphere, in the Airbnb spirit.
