Great place to stay for a relatively cheap price. It is a bit noisy at night but given the location is right in the middle of the city this is unavoidable. The kitchen areas are small so it is not so easy to cook here however there are plenty of places to eat in the locality. There is also easy access to public transport.

My staying was the best ever. If I’ll live in Sofia I’d love to rent this apartment for long term stay. I had everything I need or might ever need : from all kind of spices, coffee, tea, oil, oatmeal to any glass. Everything in apartment was not cheap as you may find in other places, but with high quality. I genuinely feel like I’m at home.

The location of the property is great. The host was responding quickly, the place is just like on the photos. We would stay there again.

I can't recommend this apartment enough!! The master bedroom is the BEST bedroom I've ever slept in. The TV display is huge -- it feels like you're in a Cinema. There are 4 bedrooms in total -- perfect for 6-10 people. The second floor has an AMAZING Living Room. It is huge with a ton of comfortable furniture, big TV, Netflix, Youtube, and a high-end speaker. The kitchen is also very clean and easy to use -- a ton of dishes, cups, and other cooking tools. We made pancakes :D There are 3 giant terraces with an amazing view of the city. Again -- I can't recommend this apartment enough if you're a group of friends who want to have fun and stay at a luxurious and spacious apartment. I rented it for my birthday (2 nights) and we had an amazing time.

A great apartment near a large metro stop. Multiple nice walkable neighborhoods nearby. The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. We had a great stay!

Flott lokasjon sentralt i Sofia. Vi var en gruppe og dette stedet var perfekt for oss med flere bad, mange rom og gode romløsninger. Meget vennlig vertskap og god service.

Страхотно място и внимание към детайла (бонбони и минерална вода + козметика в банята) Удобно легло и всичко необходимо в кухнята. Изключително чисто и домакинът е много любезен.

апартамента е брутален. огромен хол с кухня и повече от необходимото. 3 спални, по скоро големи и предостатъчно място за всичко. брутална тераса с гледка и място за много хора. реално апартамента надмина очакванията ни, бяхме 6 човека и беше повече от широко. цената е направо ниска, за това което получихме!

Nikolay is a wonderful host. Very careful, answering promptly calls and messages. He brought a few things that were missing from the kitchen and the bathroom. The apartment is very well located, steps from a big supermarket and from a small farmers market with several nice and useful shops. The Sofia Metro station is 5 minutes walking distance. I stayed at his place for over a month. Everything was fine. Thank you

Много съм доволна от престоя си на "Люботрън" 31. Апартаментът се намира в блок на оживен булевард, на много комуникативно място, но гледа към вътрешен двор и всъщност е много тих. Метростанцията е на 1 мин. разстояние, с автобусни спирки наблизо, ресторанти, магазини и др. Самият апартамент е много уютен, с приятен спокоен интериор, едностаен, оборудван с консумативи и обзаведен с всичко необходимо както за по- кратък, така и по-дълъг престой- пералня, прахосмукачка, печка, кафемашина, телевизор, бърз интернет, гардероб, голяма тераса, комфортна баня. Теодор и семейството му са чудесни домакини- винаги на разположение, винаги готови да помогнат, отзивчиви, любезни, много лесна и приятна комуникация. Горещо препоръчвам "Люботрън" 31! Прекарах си перфектно там!!

Tudor and Elena’s place is amazing! It is located in one of the coolest, most vibrant and urban neighborhoods filled with caffes and restaurants but it is also peaceful at night which makes it perfect :D Nearby are two parks where you can enjoy people watching or just a walk in nature. Apartment is in walkable distance from all the must see things, but trams, buses and metro are also a short walk from it. Tudor is a responsive and friendly host, whatever information you neeed, he will not hesitate to help you out! Can’t wait to come back to Sofia again and stay at Tudor and Elena’s place. We recommend it wholeheartetly. Thank you for everything!

Nice and cozy place with excellent location, close to the metro station and many stores and restaurants nearby. Nikolai is a great host who was very helpful and responsive anytime I needed him. I enjoyed my stay and plan to visit again. Thank you for your hospitality!
