I am minutes to the resort center yet central enough to take advantage of non resort amenities. While there is no ski in/out from this location, there is affordable food, country comfort, and you are still only 10 minutes from Top of the World. It is a very unique property and is geared towards regular skiers, bikers, families, and couples. You park right out front, the hot tub is next door, & restaurants and a market just a few minutes away. Any pet must be approved in advance.

Located in the pristine Mill Gap Valley. At night you can reach out and touch the stars. National Forrest is close by too. Enjoy the peace and tranquility that can only be offered in Highland county. The farm along with our Maple Syrup is certified Organic. From our apple trees to our hay and pastures. We are Organic! If you would like a tour of our farm or maple operation, let us know! This first floor, recently updated 2br/2ba Mountain Lodge Unit 159 sleeps six (6). It is located adjacent to Snowshoe Village and is only steps away from the Ballhooter chair lift and slopes, shops, and restaurants. The master bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom features a queen bed, and the living room has a new sleeper sofa. For coffee lovers, this condo is equipped with both a regular coffee pot as well as a Keurig. Easy access to parking.

Self-check-in/out; this condo has a view looking straight down Widow Maker/Soaring Eagle Express. Out the door you have the ability to get a warm up from the flume series. The Flume series crosses the 5 main lifts; Soaring Eagle, Ballhooter, Grab hammer, Power Monkey, and Powder Ridge. In addition, the first floor of this condominium consists of rentals, Hoots Restaurant*, and lift ticket check-in*. *only available during winter season.
