This one-bedroom mother-in-law apartment has a private entrance and parking space. Walk to the back of the house and you're on the banks of the South Fork of the Snoqualmie River. With easy access to all that North Bend and The Snoqualmie Valley has to offer. Easy access to I-90. We are 20 min by car to Bellevue and 30 min to Seattle with convenient proximity to World Cup 2026 games. Also 30 min to Redmond & Snoqualmie Pass and 40 min to Sea-Tac airport. Quiet Mother-in-law apartment on hobby farm

The apartment is attached to the back of my residence. It is centrally located, 10 minutes from Duvall and Carnation and 30 minutes from Redmond, Woodinville, Monroe and Snoqualmie. The driveway is gravel so be prepared for a little dirt and/or dust outside. There are hiking and biking trails, as well as Tolt and Snoqualmie rivers for outdoor enthusiasts. I have started a hobby farm with goats, chickens and ducks for you to view. Therefore you can expect dirt and odors common to a farm.
