Fobes Hill Cottage - Snohomish

Welcome! The cottage is on 5 acres in farm country and is only 1.7 miles from the historic town of Snohomish. Built in 1916 and fully renovated in 2017, the cottage is full of character but has all the comforts of a modern getaway. Fobes Cottage is located in a serene, pastoral community where many are third generation homeowners. Frequently your view out windows includes deer grazing under the ancient apple trees. Guests are welcome to pick raspberries or blueberries from the garden in season.

Welcome to Flowing Lake, the perfect getaway from the hectic city life and enjoy true relaxation. This open concept rambler is located less than 50 steps from the water of one of Washington's most beautiful lakes systems. The rambler, set back on the west side of the lake provides a peaceful and quiet setting with stunning waterfront views. Enjoy this idyllic lakeside retreat from the living room, deck, or private dock. Come to the lake and "check it out" for as long as you'd like. Pets welcome!

The Pendthouse

Nestled in the beautiful woodlands of Snohomish, the suite is completely separate from the main residence with private entry and designated parking. Modern updates, along with beautiful views and quiet surroundings allow you to feel right at home as soon as you enter. We are located minutes from downtown Snohomish, (home of Lamb and Co. from HGTV) and countless delightful boutique shops and restaurants along with several wedding venues.

When you step outside you are treated to views of hot air balloons in the morning and sky divers throughout the day when the sky is clear. Enjoy the covered porch with comfortable patio furniture and a relaxing hot tub.

Built in 1918 {The Bennett Farm House} located in Snohomish Washington. Old world charm with all the modern amenities. Quiet, peaceful location and only 5 minutes to downtown Snohomish. We no longer do long-term stays. This cozy home offers a charming front porch, beautiful views, and comfortable living spaces. The Bennett House has two bedrooms each with a queen beds and one large bathroom with tub and shower. Spacious dining and living rooms for the perfect vacation from everyday life.

Pilchuck Family Farm guesthouse

Located in a valley along the Pilchuck River 3.5 miles from downtown Snohomish, our 22 acre farm has been in our family for 4 generations. A refurbished 100 year old farmhouse sleeps 8 comfortably. Play in the river, ride your bike along the Centennial Trail to downtown Snohomish, host your family , enjoy the tranquility of the country. Camping and campfires are available. . This is a family property, and you will see us working in the garden and fields. We are unable to host family pets.

The A-Frame - Luxurious Cabin w/ Sauna on 80 acres

When we began construction of the A Frame we aimed to curate a luxury escape where you can transcend the monotony of the day to day. This fully custom A frame cabin was hand crafted from salvaged old growth timbers and hand milled lumber. Built to the highest quality and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. Home features three bedrooms, including a primary suite on the main floor with king bed, second queen bedroom, a comfortable home office with twin trundle beds, and a fully-equipped kitchen.

Our A-frame get-a-way is located just 15 minutes from historic downtown Snohomish and 10 minutes from Snohomish golf course. Includes lakefront access with a paddleboard, 2 adult kayaks, 2 kid kayaks, fishing poles, firepit and lawn games. Whether you are enjoying our outdoor firepit, the lake via our included paddleboard or cooking a homemade meal; our cabin is outfitted to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

Chloes Cottage

An ideal family & friends hideaway that is close to everything. Bikes are available on site to ride into town or you can relax at the fire pit roasting S'mores. There are 2 separate homes on this 1-acre property that share a yard and swimming pool. Each rental has their own private hot tub. Pets are welcome & the yard is mostly fenced. A portion of every rental is donated to help save the elephants.
