Koselig hytte rett ved sjøen. Båt med 9,9 hk og flytebrygge inkludert i leien Sengklær og håndklær inkludert. Usjenert beliggenhet. Flytevester og fiskeutstyr tilgjengelig. Her kan du finne roen tett på naturen. Romslig veranda med utemøbler. Grill. Lading for mobil og pad. Bær- og turterreng rett utenfor hyttedøra. 1 t 20 min kjøring fra Trondheim, felles parkeringsplass. Dagligvarebutikk er kun 15 min. kjøring unna Koselig kafe i gangavstand, med asiatisk preg, kioskvarer, bensinstasjon.

Lys og moderne hytte nær sjøen. Store panoramavinduer med fantastisk utsikt. Kjøkken med oppvaskmaskin. Følger med liten fiskebåt/robåt. Du kan fiske eller bade like nedenfor hytta. Vedfyrt badestamp(bruk må avtales,350 kr ved 1 gangs bruk,deretter 200 pr oppvarming) Sup brett leies ut kr.200 ekstra pr opphold pr. sup Hytta ligger alene på ett nes ytterst i surnadal fjorden. Lad batteriene på dette unike og rolige overnattingsstedet. I gangavstand til hurtigbåtkai med anløp fra Kristiansund/Brekstad/Trondheim samt parkering hvis man kommer med bil. Dagligvare, cafe og sushirestaurant kort spasertur unna. Nydelig utsikt og muligheter for turer i nærområdet. Liten kjøkkenkrok med vannkoker, kjøleskap, mikro og spiseplass. Obs! ikke kokeplate/stekovn, men dette kan lånes i hovedhuset om vi er hjemme. Leiligheten er ca 35kvm, egen inngang. Madrass for person nr 3/4

Charming house, access to lean and bonfire

Charming house with a lovely garden room with sliding doors and a wood stove. Access to 2 boats and paddle board. Large area to play on with playground equipment. On the veranda there is outdoor furniture, a 3-meter dining table and 12 dining chairs and a grill. Inside you can seat 12 people and there are 2 wood-burning stoves, as well as a heat pump. There is also an electric car charger and good parking at the house. Welcome to a pleasant stay in beautiful surroundings.

Cabin by the sea with amazing view!

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Big outdoor deck with BBQ and seating. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people You have the ocean on one side and the Forrest on the other, with great hiking possibilities. The jacuzzi cost ekstra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

Landlig beliggenhet, 10 min til butikk og kai, 25 min med båt til Trondheim, 25 min med bil til Orkanger. Flotte turområder, badeplasser og fiskemuligheter, både på sjøen og i vatn. Mange muligheter for sykkelturer. Flott utsikt, nydelige solforhold hele dagen. 2/3 soverom, kjøkken/stue, bad og separat wc. Stor terrasse mot sjøen. Barnevennlig. God plass til å spise ute på sommeren, grilling m.m Vaskemaskin og gratis parkring. Fiber kommer ila sommer/høst

2 sjarmerende hytter i vannkanten med båt

Fantastisk sted med unik beliggenhet og nydelig utsikt, rett ved vannkanten. Man har hele stedet for seg selv, 2 fine hytter med terrasse og store gressplener rundt. Nærme buss og sentrum, uten at du mister hyttefølelsen. Stille og privat, med vann og fjell som man kan nyte både dag og kveld. Begge hyttene har stue, bad med toalett, kjøkken og soverom. Dusj på ene badet. Ute er det flere spisegrupper, solsenger, daybed, trampoline, bålpanne og egen båt.
