This property was constructed in 2016 by a Virginia builder who is known for quality and detail using local logs and stone. You will enjoy every square inch of the craftsmanship throughout this house. What truly makes this house special is the amenities, over 2 acres of property, and over 1250 ft of shoreline on the Holston River. Locals refer to this fishing area as world-class.

The Berry Cabin

The Berry Cabin--a brand new vacation retreat located at the entrance of Hungry Mother State Park. Underneath new German chink siding are the original logs from the 30s—built in the same fashion as the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) cabins that still exist in the park. Hungry Mother State Park is one of the six original CCC parks that opened in 1936. Come relax with the whole family and enjoy the coziness and the quirks of this 90 year old cabin!

Turkey Foot Lodge

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful , quiet and tranquil oasis. Close to Hale Lake stocked with rainbow trout or hiking on the many trails nearby. The Virginia Highland Horse Trail is about a mile away. This is a rustic cabin . approx. 416 sq.ft. with non potable water but some bottled water will be provided . Hot water is limited. If a quiet and peaceful stay with plenty of outdoor recreation is what you looking for you won't be disappointed.

Reconnect with your spouse as you unplug from the hustle and bustle. Rest, laugh, enjoy! The cabin is located on a working family farm. You can purchase beef, pork, and chicken to cook while you’re here or bring a cooler and take some home.

Our Cyclist cabin has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and one full bathroom. The front of this cabin faces the Creeper Trail and has a lovely large covered porch area with plenty of outdoor seating. The river is just steps away at the back of the property. Boasts a well-stocked kitchen, a family room/dining area, a gas grill, an oven, a dishwasher, AC, Smart Tv and Wi-Fi.

The Triskele Log Cabin is a oasis of serenity. More home than cabin, it is a rustic-chic environment with all modern amenities and conveniences. Family friendly, the cabin is a tribute to unity, strength, forward movement, and the tenacity to overcome adversity. Note: The cabin is newly constructed and there are a few cosmetic items like interior trim to be completed.
