Close to Main Street, 5 miles to Von Trapp, 9 miles to Stowe Mountain Resort and .5 miles from rte 100 to get you easily in and out of town. you will have access to entire house accept for one personal closet in back downstairs bedroom. Less than a 2-mile drive to downtown Stowe, this home is on a hill just off Route 100. Nearby Von Trapp is full of restaurants and other amenities. Ski and snowboard from Stowe Mountain Resort 9 miles away, with picturesque hiking in the summer. I would highly recommend a four wheel or all wheel drive vehicle. House is on a hill with a pretty steep road leading to it.

Picture the courtyard with a hot tub, barrel sauna, and cold plunge. A redesigned mudroom with robes, slippers, and fresh water. The smaller bedroom, with the help of a Murphy bed, will become an exercise/yoga room. Equipped with kettlebells, yoga mats, and more. Wellness isn't just about R&R though. Excellent location. Walk to downtown just a few blocks to Church Street Marketplace or a couple blocks to campus. Our home is a two story classic downtown Burlington home. The three bedrooms and full bathroom are on the second floor. The kitchen, dining room and spacious living room encompass the main floor. The house has a front porch for people watching and a backyard with outdoor private hot tub, dining space and gas barbecue grill. Gated driveway with 2 parking spaces. MRT-10126712.
