Historic Waterfront Cottage in Flatts Village

Westport is a fully refurbished, historic cottage on the water in Flatts Village. The interior has all of the modern conveniences for comfort with an old world charm. Ideal for an individual or couple, this unique building is more spacious than one would think. The verandah overlooks the manicured lawn and Flatts Inlet. Westport is perfectly located between Hamilton and the airport (12 mins in either direction) and 2 of the most popular restaurants (Rustico & V Pantry) are across the street

Pool house in a garden setting (+ EV chargers)

The pool house has a queen bed and its own bathroom + shower. It is next to our house in a spacious yard in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Bus stop is a 3 minute walk, John Smith's Bay beach 5 minutes and grocery store 12 minutes away. We also have a Labrador that roams the property. There's cable tv (includes HBO and Showtime) free wifi. One of our guests commented, "The house has one of the best views you will see in your entire life. You can watch an early sunrise and in the evening the moon is shining, sparkling on the water. You can hear the waves crashing against the shore, you hear birds signing and crickets at night." This property is located on a private estate road in Smith's Parish. There are fantastic 180 degree ocean views and great outdoor spaces. Centrally located, minutes from Hamilton, 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.

A charming stand alone cottage set in 1.5 acres of mature gardens. Beautiful views over the North Shore with picturesque sunsets. There is direct access from the property to Bermuda’s unique Railway Trail. It is a 15 minute walk to Flatt’s Village on the Trail where there are several excellent restaurants (Village Pantry, Tribe and Rustico’s) and the Bermuda Aquarium, Museum and Zoo. Three bus routes are less than a 5 min walk. Hamilton is 10-15 mins by bus and less than 10 mins by taxi.
