Historic Waterfront Cottage in Flatts Village

Westport is a fully refurbished, historic cottage on the water in Flatts Village. The interior has all of the modern conveniences for comfort with an old world charm. Ideal for an individual or couple, this unique building is more spacious than one would think. The verandah overlooks the manicured lawn and Flatts Inlet. Westport is perfectly located between Hamilton and the airport (12 mins in either direction) and 2 of the most popular restaurants (Rustico & V Pantry) are across the street

Pool house in a garden setting (+ EV chargers)

The pool house has a queen bed and its own bathroom + shower. It is next to our house in a spacious yard in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Bus stop is a 3 minute walk, John Smith's Bay beach 5 minutes and grocery store 12 minutes away. We also have a Labrador that roams the property. There's cable tv (includes HBO and Showtime) free wifi. Sweet Dreams around the Pool

Life is frittered away in details. Enter our unit and life will be immediately simplified. This one bedroom unit is quaint and just enough for a couple or 3-4 people to enjoy. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located unit. 3 minutes from the bus stop. 12 mins to the grocery store and 20min walk to John Smiths Bay. Twizzy, 4 wheel bike, can be rented from Current Vehicle's location at The Loren which is a 5 min drive and we can shuttle you there if the car is available.

The closest beach is John Smith's Bay, which is a 5-minute moped ride away or a 15-minute walk.
