Brand new, luxury apartment, conveniently located in beautiful Smiths parish. You’ll enjoy peaceful surroundings and a high end finish. There’s also lots of amenities including a 55” TV with surround sound, an electric fireplace, a swimming pool and laundry onsite. The property is a 10 min drive from the airport and the City of Hamilton. It’s a 2 min drive to the beach (overlooking stunning Gibbets Island) and beautiful Flatts Village with lots of restaurants, sightseeing and the aquarium.

The apartment is close to the beautiful John Smiths Bay beach - a 5 minute walk away. The pool is on the property and around the back from the apartment. The apartment has a queen bed and its own bathroom + shower. It is next to our house in a spacious yard in a quiet residential neighbourhood.
