A gentle slope to the waters edge swimming, kayaking (2 kayaks/2 SUP Boards included) all at your back door. Enjoy the most amazing sunsets on either of the two large timber decks. One on the main level or simply walk down external stairs to a large undercover deck. The perfect location for couples to escape the grind, unwind, relax & enjoy the serenity that The Lake House has to offer.

Located on the serene shore of Smiths Lake, Sandpiper offers a range of comfortable self-contained unit & townhouse accommodation to suit just about every need. At your door step the enticing Smiths lake offers sailing, swimming, waterskiing, fishing, kayaking/ canoeing & tennis, or you can just stroll the wild coastal bushland. Just a few minutes drive away, you can also visit the surfing paradise of Blueys Beach, Boomerang Beach and Elizabeth Beach. Linen is required or can be hired in.

A spacious one bedroom flat, sleeps 4 with queen sized bed and trundle bed that sleeps 2 children. Fully equipped kitchen with stove top, oven, dishwasher and milk coffee and teas. Jacaranda Beach House is located at Pacific Palms on the New South Wales mid-north coast in the beautiful and popular seaside destination of Smiths Lake which is only a 3 hour drive north of Sydney. The house sits on a large gently sloping block overlooking the lake. It is surrounded by native trees and is perfectly positioned to capture the morning sunrise over Smiths Lake. With an abundance of native flora and fauna Jacaranda is the perfect place to unwind and get away from it all.

Driftaway is a large 4 bedroom home boasting a home theatre, huge games room with pool table, open plan living, 4 bedrooms, 2 large outdoor decking’s along with kayaks to enable you to explore the lake, perfect for 2 families or extended family groups. Wandha is an eco-certified nature escape close to Seal Rocks, Myall Lakes and Pacific Palms in the Great Lakes region on NSW MidCoast. The modest three bedroom home is set on 25 private acres positioned within a nature corridor that connects Wallingat National Park to Myall Lakes National Park. Seal Rocks, Myall Lakes and Smith Lake, Cellito & Sandbar are within 10-15 minutes and Blueys, Elizabeth & Boomerang Beach, Wallis Lake & Booti Booti National Park are within 20 minutes.

Smiths Lake is a coastal village approximately 3.5 hours north of Sydney within the beautiful Great Lakes District. Smiths Lake which surrounds the village is separated from the ocean by Sandbar Beach, a secluded and pristine beach There are many surfing, fishing and patrolled beaches within 5-10 minutes drive - Blueys, Boomerang and Celito surf beaches just to name a few. For the naturalists there is the secluded Shelleys Beach.

If you are looking for the perfect getaway for 2 people, look no further. We would love to welcome you to our modern and private self-contained studio that is located on the ground level of our home - but completely separate to our home. We are perfectly located, with Elizabeth Beach and Wallis Lake within short walking distance. Shelly, Boomerang and Blueys beach are only a further 2 minute drive up the road.
