Gelegen mitten in Istrien – der Region, die bei den Römern als Terra Magica bekannt war und wo bis heute vieles an die Blütezeit der Kultivierung des Landes erinnert. Die ehrwürdigen Städte auf den Hügeln, das klare, blaue Meer, die Geschichte sind nur einige der Attraktionen der Halbinsel.

Miran ambijent okružen prirodom udaljen od mora 5 km. Kamena kuća sa hrastovim namještajem na 3 etaže, sa velikim otvorenim prostorima. S prekrasnim pogledom na more i Alpe. U neposrednoj blizini vlasnici imaju proizvodnju sira pa se mogu degustirati različiti autohtoni sirevi. Također na livadama u blizini mogu se vidjeti ovce kako pasu. Welcome to our completely new 4-bedroom villa with a heated swimming pool, al fresco dining area, BBQ, outdoor sauna, and a hot tub. The house also features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining area that can accommodate up to ten guests. Our spacious and luxurious property is located in a serene and scenic area, with over 2000 m2 of plot, making it the perfect vacation home. *pool heating season usually between May and October (depending on the weather).

Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.
