Cozy Casita in the Trees

Enjoy this cozy casita for two on a small hill with lots of trees in Diamond Valley, centrally located right between downtown Prescott and Prescott Valley. Please note that the bathroom is a detached building next to casita and has a compost toilet, shower and sink. Cuddle up in the soft queen bed(removable pad), make a cup of coffee or snack in the kitchenette, or relax on the attached patio. Pets are not allowed. We can’t accept reservations for someone not on your account. Infants welcome.

The Treehouse is one side of a duplex in a quiet neighborhood the pines, only 1 mile from Courthouse Square + Whiskey Row. After a day in Downtown Prescott, come warm up by the gas fireplace or relax in the separate entertainment room with Smart TV, board games, Xbox DVDs. The Painted Lady

This 950 square foot bungalow - newly renovated - is set into our beautiful, peaceful ranch/meadow surroundings. It is fully equipped for self-catering with kitchen/dining area. Spacious open-space style (see photos), with large porch, a beautiful pool, hot tub, barn with hens, mini donkeys, and 2 llamas, and our two beloved Golden Retrievers. We are only 25 minutes from downtown Prescott with all its amenities, and then back home to the quiet, and amazing starry skies of Skull Valley.

Secluded Getaway -Spacious! 10 Minutes from Town

Spacious 972 sq ft over the garage guest apartment is all yours! Close to downtown Prescott headed northwest 7 miles (15 minutes) to a private gate with a keypad. The gate opens and your in the National Forest where your retreat begins! Inside is a comfy cal-king bed, full kitchen and bath, laundry, two eating areas, two sitting areas, roll top desk, pellet stove for winter and A/C in the summer. You cannot book this apartment automatically. You must communicate direct with the owner.

The Majestic Mountain Retreat

Unplug and recharge at The Majestic Mountain Retreat, as seen on Cash Pad! Also known as the Walker Getaway, it is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy epic views from the patio. With no neighbors in sight in a quiet serene setting situated at 6500 elev. To get to our amazing view & home a high profile vehicle is recommended, it is a 1/4 of a mile on a steep dirt road. Great hiking & biking close by. We are off the beaten path but only 15 min to shopping and dining out. (21399677)

The home is a modern skandi with all the luxury and comfort one would desire including a luxurious 2 person hot tub. We also have a library of vintage books and games for you to enjoy! Very close to Downtown restaurants/bars/shops! Also close to hiking trails & Lakes Well behaved Dogs are welcome.
