Βρίσκεται 100m από την πλατεία του χωριού και 1χλμ από το μοναστήρι Τιμίου Προδρόμου. Στη διάθεση των επισκεπτών ο εξωτερικός χώρος καθώς και δωρεάν parking. Ανακαινισμένο το 2024 καλαίσθητο στους πρόποδες του Μπέλλες με θέα τη λίμνη Κερκίνη,κοντά στο Σιδηρόκαστρο,στα σύνορα Βουλγαρίας ενώ απέχει μόλις 14χλμ από τη λίμνη Κερκίνη.

Είναι ένα studio 30 m2 με κουζίνα ,τουαλέτα ντουζιέρα ,τραπεζαρία , ένα διπλό κρεββάτι ,καναπές,κλιματιστικο,Wifi και ράδιο tv. Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του δημοτικού διαμερίσματος της Βυρώνειας του δήμου Σιντικής, πάνω στο κεντρικό δρόμο. Αυτός ο κομψός χώρος διαμονής είναι ιδανικός για όσους θέλουν να εξερευνήσουν την περιοχή της Λίμνης ΚΕΡΚΙΝΗΣ και να επισκεφθούν τα λουτρά . Στην είσοδο του οικήματος μπορούμε να βρούμε φωτογραφικό υλικό με την χλωρίδα ,την πανίδα και την ιστορία της περιοχής .
