Create experience and memories at our apartment located in Berat, at the foot of the castle hill. Our apartment is a cozy space suitable for anyone who want to enjoy sightseeing of 2400 years old city of Berat. 57 meters square offers everything you need from bedroom to living room kitchen bathroom and garden. The apartment has all necessary facilities free Wi-Fi, kitchen, air conditioning, smart TV, CCTV, Free parking etc. It also has a very beautiful interior design to make you feel like home.

This is my childhood house, recently renovated for my family's holiday. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, below the castle of Berat, which is only 10 min away on foot. It offers a wonderful view over the valley, city, river and mountain. You'll love sitting on the terrace or patios, enjoying the view and the colours of sunrise/sunset, while having breakfast/dinner or just relaxing sipping wine. I'd suggest you to book for at least 2 nights, to have time to discover the charming Berat.

This is 1st floor of villa perfect for everyone, offering facilities like : air-conditioned , a spacious lobby, poolside beds, and a large garden. A unique experience, to sleep in the heart of a 2500-year-old city, in a newly renovated house, where the most picturesque spots in the city of Berat are located near it. The house is divided into two apartments ( you will be at second Flor) where the yard is shared and you can enjoy the quiet afternoons in the magical castle. it is furnished in such a way that you feel as comfortable as possible. do you travel with small children? we offer a cot and a corner where they can Play .

EAGLE HOUSE

My house is located 300m on the North West of the City center , very closed to the city gymnasium. From the balcony of the house you have the best view of the huge stone also a brilliant view of Vjosa river.In the corner of the house on the left side you see the EAGLE sign on the red will help any customer to find the house easier.This house is building higher and in front of sallon you have a special window which allow to have a natural view of the city in different moments.

2018 UPDATE We recently added a bathroom attached to the master bedroom. Hairdryer and iron available. We also have added additional heaters throughout the house for the cold months and additional fans (on top of the AC units) for the warmer months. Brand new TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Chromecast available in the bedroom.
