If you want to discover Skiathos, and stay in a comfortable, central place our studio is the best choice! Located in the center restaurants, bars and clubs are all accessible by foot. You’ll be located 800 meters away from the closest beach, but also only 500 meters away from the bus stop. We provide a studio, with a modern but cozy interior. Kitchen appliances such as fridge, stove and kettle can be found, as well as kitchenware - dishes, pots, glasses, cutlery - to accommodate your needs.

Our house is an one bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and living room. Is located at the center of Skiathos town. The nearest beach is 200m far away and the nearest parking space 100m. The main street and the port of Skiathos is less than 5 minutes on foot. Traditional tavernas, trattorias are located next to the house! The house is appropriate for people who don't want to use vehicle on their holidays because the house is located in the heart of the island!

Διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της Σκιάθου με κρεβατοκάμαρα, σαλόνι κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και μπάνιο. Διαθέτει μπαλκόνι όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε το πρωινό σας ή τον καφέ σας. Αυτός ο ξεχωριστός χώρος είναι κοντά σε όλα, διευκολύνοντας τον προγραμματισμό του ταξιδιού σας.Μόλις δέκα λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι και δυο λεπτά από τον κεντρικό δρόμο Papadiamanti.Σε μόλις λίγα μέτρα μέσα από μια πολύ ευχάριστη διαδρομή βρίσκεται η παραλία της Μεγάλης Άμμου και η στάση λεωφορείου 4 από την οποία μπορείτε να μετακινηθείτε σε όλες τις παραλίες του νησιού.Δίπλα στο κατάλυμα επίσης υπάρχει καφέ-μπαρ,μάρκετ και fast food.

CapeVerde

The house "CapeVerde" is located in the village of Glossa Skopelos. It overlooks a large part of the village as well as the entire front view of the sea of Glossa and Skiathos. The neighborhood is dominated by silence and the freshness of nature. Ideal for families and groups of friends. The distances from the beaches are closer from our village than from the country of the island. Also the island of Skiathos is 18 minutes away by boat.

The Olive’s Spiti is situated in an idyllic rural setting on the beautiful Greek island of Skiathos. The house is on a small olive farm, surrounded by nothing but natural forest. Absolute quiet and tranquility. It enjoys beautiful views over the sea and has easy access to beaches, hikes and is a short drive to the nearest shops and tavernas. A new apartment in the heart of Skiathos, less than 10 minutes walking from the port and just 2 minutes from main street Papadiamanti. Few meters away is located Megali Ammos beach and bus stop number 4, from which you can go to the beaches of the island ! Also below the house there is a mini market, a kiosk, a grocery store, cafe and car/motorcycle rental office.
