Wir waren mit vier Kindern (8,11,13,14) dort und das Haus war einfach perfekt für uns. Viel Platz und große Zimmer, die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, da wir gerne jeden Tag kochen. Der Strand ist 5 Minuten entfernt und das Stadtzentrum ist etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Sehr nette, freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberinnen. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Netflix war das Highlight für die Kids. :)

Το δωματιο οπως ακριβως φαινεται στις εικονες, πεντακαθαρο, περιποιημένο, γεματο αγαπη σε τελεια τοποθεσία 8-10 λεπτα απο το κεντρο, σε μια πολυ ησυχη γειτονια.. Η θεα εκπληκτικη. Αν και χειμώνας, ειχαμε ζεστο νερο και ζέστη συνεχεια. Η οικοδεσποινα άκρως βοηθητικη, επικοινωνιακή και ευγενικη ηταν διπλα μας συνεχεια σε περιπτωση που κατι την χρειαστούμε, αλλα εμεις δεν χρειαστηκαμε τιποτα μιας και ολα ηταν τελεια.

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped, with lots of hot water and very good wifi. It has a lovely garden facing east, perfect for breakfast outside in the sun. There are restaurants, a bar, small shops and a small beach 10 minutes walk away and lovely beaches within 15 minutes drive. You can swim very close to the apartment but the shore is stony and you’d need water shoes. The neighbourhood is very quiet, apartment is close to the main road but not enough traffic to bother us. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at Babis' house! The place was spotless and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal—close to local amenities and just a short drive to some incredible beaches. Ammolofoi Beach, in particular, was our favorite, only a few minutes away by car. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in a great location, I highly recommend this place!

Die Unterkunft ist Super. Das Restaurant nebenan sind leider Abends manchmal etwas laut. Parkplätze sind schwer zu finden. Die Liegeplätze vom Restaurant Frog kosten 5€ der Frappe 2,50€. Die Liegeplätze neben Frog kosten 3€ pro Liege. Das Meer ist etwas steinig aber schön. Alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit bei Ilias Anwesen und es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Für eine Familie ein schöner Urlaub, mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Unternehmen!

Amazing location, right on the beach with everything that you need for a perfect stay. The host was very responsive, easy to reach and friendly. Definitely we will come back.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Carlo qui a été toujours très réactif dès que nous avions des demandes. L’appartement a un emplacement idéal et une très belle vue. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

мы отдыхали в конце апреля в этом месте, и о тались очень довольны. нам так повезло, мы нашли замечательное место, этот дом находится в самом центре старого города, мы автомобиль не использовали вобще,вид просто волшебный, 2 минуты и рядом каменный пляж, можно наслаждаться видом и тёплым морем. в доме было все необходимое, мы ни в чем не нуждались. погода была отличная, мы купались и загарали. рядом кафе,бары, рестораны, таверна, магазины, вкуснейшая булочная. А самое главное приветливая и дружелюбная хозяйка. И очень творческий человек, что меня очень порадовало, так как я люблю общаться с такими людьми и отрывать для себя что то новое. Я всем рекомендую побывать здесь🥰 я хочу сюда приехать ещё раз. до встречи!

Stavroula ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin die alle möglich Wünsche erfüllt. Das Airbnb war sehr sauber und entsprach den Beschreibungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Tolle Unterkunft mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Durch die Strandnähe und einem Privaten Pool waren wir gleich angetan. Weil wir genau das gesucht haben. Bei dieser Unterkunft wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Abends und Mittags kann man sehr gut in der ca. 5 min entfernt gelegenen Stadt essen gehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden. Aglaia war uns von Anfang an sehr sympathisch und hat in kürzester Zeit unsere Fragen beantwortet. Wir würden gerne nochmal kommen da uns auch allgemein die Insel mit ihren zahlreichen Stränden sehr gefallen hat.

Ein tolles Haus mit herrlichem Blick über das Meer. Besser geht es nicht. Die Straße daneben ist relativ laut, aber man gewöhnt sich daran.

We had an amazing time at Villa Evian! From the moment we checked in (Evgenis invited us to check-in 2 and a half hours earlier) to the moment we left, we felt at home. The house is just as beautiful as the photos! It has everything you need while on vacation. We were a party of ten, of various ages and there was something for everyone to do. The pool was an extra bonus and everyone loved it. The beach was very close, however we opted to go by car since we carried a lot of things and had older people with us. Evgenis organized a sailing trip for us which was absolutely amazing! We spent nine hours on a beautiful sailboat which took us around local islands, beautiful quiet beaches, water was pristine, turquoise and absolutely stunning. In addition, Evgenis has arranged for home made food of great variety to be delivered on the boat in advance. It was delicious! The captain and his son were very sweet, we had a lovely time! This was by far our best vacation so far! Thank you Evgenis!

Lamprini is an excellent host! Very nice and easy to communicate with. The house and the property are fantastic! Very spacious and sparkling clean. The location is right off of the main road, and within walking distance to restaurants and the sea. The pool on the property was fantastic! We had a large group with kids and it was a wonderful place for them to play! There is a beach that you can walk to from the villa, that has the beautiful water, but the beach itself was a little baren for my taste. There are stunning beaches to visit on Thassos that you must drive to from the Villa.

We stayed there for 6 nights, 4 adults and 2 dogs. The place looks nice, a bit small for 4 persons but manageable. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped but it's OK, we were able to make breakfast in the morning. The problem we encountered is that the yard is not fully fenced, is not fenced at all. It has some plants around it but for a big part of it the plants are still very small. Our dogs were able to get out of the yard with no problem. Another thing I didn't understood from the listing is that the villa is shared, is not the entire villa. Upstairs you have neighbors. Other than that, the host were lovely and considerate, we also had a small incident with our friends dog who chewed on a cable but in the end everything was good. We had a lovely stay nevertheless.

Biz gelirken Feribot saatinden ötürü biraz gecikmeli geldik. Bizi bekledi ve daireyi kendisi tanıttı. Evde küçük bir eksik olduğunu fark ettik Elena bunu söyledik biz dışardayken getirip kapıya bırakmış. Eve yürüme mesafesinde otopark mevcut. Her türlü ihtiyacınızı yürüyerek temin edemçbileceğiniz bir lokasyonda.

Ev temiz ve güzeldi . Şirin ve güvenli bir bahçesi vardı. evin için ihtiyaç duyulacak temel bütün malzemeler vardı. Fırın, market, eczane, kumasal ve reataurantlar eve yürüme mesafesinde idi. evin konumu oldukça iyiydi. Giriş ve çıkış yaparken sunulan ikramlar çok hoştu. arada temizlik hizmeti verdiler. o sırada ikramda bulundurlar. Her ihtiyacımızda yanımızdaydılar. Yerel gezilecek yerlerle ilgili çok yerinde tavsiyelerde bulundurlae. nezakatleri içinde teşekkür ediyoruz.

Прекарахме страхотна почивка. Загубихме представа за времето. Къщата е със страхотно местоположение. Отваряш врата, правиш три крачки и си на плажа. Не е лукс, но има всичко необходимо. Впечатлихме се колко добре се спи в къщата. Може да не усетищ, че е станало обяд. Symeon отговаря незабавно и се старае да помогне по всякакъв начин. Нашите тийнейджъри останаха много доволни и догодина планират пак да сме тук. В близост има много заведения, но без да е шумно.

Stavros was extremely welcoming and helpful with everything. He sent us instructions a week before we arrived with all the information we needed about the house and the island of Thassos. We ran out of water, but Stavros was very prompt and immediately sent people to fix the problem. The house was very cozy and clean. Our whole stay was wonderful, especially with the veranda in front of the house where you can look at the sea at any time. I gladly recommend staying in this house.

Danke für alles! Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft. Lisas Familie hat uns in Empfang genommen und war jederzeit Verfügbar, falls wir etwas brauchten. Bei der Ankunft gab es selbstgemachte Leckereien und Diverses im Kühlschrank fürs Frühstück. Während den Ferien durften wir auch sebstgepflückte wilde Spargeln probieren, so lecker! Das Haus ist super, vorallem auch der Garten! Wir waren da mit unseren zwei Kindern, die sich wunderbar Beschäftigen konnten. Einschlafen mit Meeresgeräuschen und Morgens zu Vogelgezwitscher erwachen, einfach herrlich! Danke für alles!

Marias Haus ist die ideale Unterkunft für Familien. Sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, perfekte Lage, super freundlicher Kontakt. 100%ige Weiterempfehlung.

The place is super comfortable and kids-friendly. Tzuliana is amazing host and you can feel right at home. The house and the garden are well cared for and really beautiful.

De cum am ajuns, gazdele ne-au primit foarte frumos si ne-au dat toate detaliile pentru a ne descurca usor in incinta lor. Privelistea de la balcon este extraordinara. Te trezesti si te culci cu marea in brate. Este un loc linistit, privat, unde te poti rupe de realitatea curenta de zi cu zi. Daca iti doresti intimitate, este un loc ideal. Plaja e la o aruncatura de bat, ajungi foarte usor si parca toata e a ta. E un sentiment care este greu de gasit. Pe scurt, tot sejurul a fost foarte frumos. Multumim mult pentru gazduire si pentru amabilitatea de care am avut parte.
