L'indret es un apartamento en Cornudella de Montsant, situado en un lugar tranquilo pero a menos de 5 minutos de los comercios, bares y servicios del pueblo, enfrente de la pista que lleva al pantano de Siurana y a 8km del emblemático pueblo, 15km de Prades, 15km de la Mussara, 15km de Arbolí y 34km de Margalef, reconocidas zonas de escalada, idónea para kayak, mtb, ciclismo de carretera, trail, senderismo... Comarca para disfrutar de la viticultura DOca Priorat y gastronomia de la zona.

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

Ours is a village house, within the old town of Cornudella de Montsant in the beautiful region of Priorat, between mountains and forests. The house has three floors and an attic with a terrace. It is completely renovated, with a rustic and cozy style. It is ideal for accomodating from 2 to 10persons: small groups, couples, families, ... and all those people who want to come and enjoy the environment, to go hiking, wine visits, mushroom hunting, and above all climb!

Set under the olive trees on the grounds of our regenerative olive farm, where we work by permaculture principles, you can experience nature at its best.
