HarborView Hideaway

Cozy apartment nestled on the top of a three story home in the heart of downtown Sitka. It has two bedrooms each with a queen, and two comfy leather couches (a loveseat and a full size). The kitchen is a half kitchen so there is no stove but it does come equipped with a microwave, hot plate, coffee pot, and tea kettle. Our floor is the next floor down and is not separated by a door but you have total privacy. We have two dogs and a backyard full of chickens, but no animals enter into the rental.

Completed in 2024, this two bedroom home boasts unbeatable convenience and stunning mountain views. Located just one mile from downtown and walking distance from the airport, Mt. Anchor Bay

Anchor Bay is a brand new construction just steps from the beach. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. It has a fully stocked gourmet kitchen and pantry. There is a new gas grill located outside for grilling. It has a large dining table that seats six and adjoining living room that has an electric fireplace and Samsung frame TV. It has a full size washer and dryer. It is located within walking distance to Totem Park, the Raptor Center, and downtown Sitka, and Harbor Mountain Brewery.

Kasiana Island kayak cabin

Kasiana Island Cabin sits on the west shore of Kasiana Island, 1 mile southwest of Sitka, Alaska. The cabin was built in 2011. This remote site is generally accessible year-round by boat. It can be accessed by kayak weather permitting. Visitors are responsible for their own travel arrangements, or hire me. Guests are responsible for their own safety, and must bring their own amenities. Water is available by rain barrel, A cooler provided and bbq, bring ice. Waterproof boots are a must!

This completely stocked livable apartment with free Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and a front yard full of wild blueberry and huckleberry bushes is ready for your adventurous stay in beautiful Sitka, Alaska!

Apartment M: Bear Mountain (Car Rental Option)

Enjoy the comforts of home and more privacy than a hotel, at half the cost of hotels in Sitka! This cozy child and baby friendly studio apartment, located near town has a full kitchen in the apartment, as well as a comfortably proportioned bathroom. We offer extra items you may need in a lending room that is located in the shared onsite laundry room. You may borrow and return items before your departure. Items include beach towels and blankets, cooler, bikes, carseat, high chair, etc.

Remodeled downtown bungalow within walking distance to all Sitka amenities such as downtown shops and businesses, grocery store and market, parks, trails, Sheldon Jackson Campus, University of Alaska, Sitka Community Hospital and SEARHC Hospital. This property has 4 dedicated bikes for guest use only. Helmets and bike locks included. Optional car rental for those finding Sitka's summer car rental prices & availability challenging. Across the street visit the Sitka Library or Harrigan Centennial Hall where you can watch the Russian Dancers perform during the summer months, visit the Sitka Historical Museum or attend a Summer Music Festival performance.
