It is the home of artist residency, Studio Luce. Your booking supports the local library as every month we donate $500 to Majo the librarian to keep the library running and supporting education in El Paredón.

Just two blocks from the beach, this two story apartment is a lovely place to relax and enjoy the magic of El Paredón. The first floor has AC, a kitchen, breakfast island, dining area and living room space. The second floor has a second queen size bed, full bathroom, lounge area and outdoor terrace with hammocks overlooking the garden. The upstairs does not have AC because of the palm roof, but with fans and a breeze it's just lovely. The garden area is shared with the guest suite.
