Welcome to The Chic Suite, a thoughtfully designed luxury guest suite in northwest Sioux Falls, offering hotel-level comfort with true privacy. Located near the Sanford Sports Complex, Walmart, and a variety of local eateries, this upscale retreat is perfect for couples, solo travelers, and business guests seeking relaxation and convenience. Although located on our property, the suite is completely private—with its own entrance, private yard & hot tub, and no shared walls connected to our home.

Garden Nook - cozy, clean & centrally located

Charming lower level of centrally located duplex, close to Augustana Univ & easy drive to Univ. of Sioux Falls, Sanford & Avera Hospitals, Midco hockey & aquatics centers. Close to bakery, bagel shop, drug store, tanning salon & coffee shops. Hi speed internet, Smart TV with RoKu, electric fireplace & pillow top beds. In safe neighborhood with parking in front of door off a rather busy street, so if you don't like waiting a bit for an opening in traffic to back out, probably shouldn't book.

Have you ever heard the phrase, "Tiny, but Mighty"? That is this house! The bedroom is an open loft that can be found at the top of the spiral staircase on the 2nd floor. There is fast wifi, off street parking for 2 vehicles, a fireplace, desk and washer/dryer combo. We are centrally located near downtown shopping and nightlife, 7 minutes from the airport, 3 minutes to Sanford PREMIER Center, and under 10 minutes from both hospitals. The house has all you need...you may never want to leave!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located 4 bedroom house. It has a space for everyone to relax and have fun with 4 separate living spaces. Play games, watch a movie in the separate theater room or relax in front of the fire. Seasonally, bbq and yard games available. You will enjoy the well stocked kitchen. It is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from downtown, the mall area, the hospitals, colleges and Denny Sanford Center.

SoDak Stays’ The Brady Haus is a groovy trip down memory lane with chic 70s decor and homages to “The Brady Bunch” show – including a tribute to the decorative family staircase, where you can line up your crew for a memorable group photo.
