We loved Jean’s place. I hated leaving. The serenity, views and comfort were wonderful. The sound of the waves crashing on the cliffs so calming, we slept to the sound every night. We loved seeing various iguanas out the window every day. Jean informed us of some good restaurants. I just can’t see staying on a mountain or back from the beach. The water views are astounding. You will never want to get out of the shower, lol

Wow—what an unforgettable stay in St. Maarten! My friends and I booked this stunning 3-bedroom home to celebrate my birthday, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The house and the view were absolutely immaculate—honestly, words don’t do it justice. It was luxurious, spacious, and exactly as described (if not better). From the moment we arrived, the hosts went above and beyond. I was personally greeted at check-in with all the details I needed, plus the warmest welcome: a bottle of champagne, a beautiful charcuterie board, and a bottle of local rum to kick off the celebration. It was such a thoughtful touch that really made the experience feel special. This place is perfect for anyone looking to relax in style with unbeatable views and top-notch hospitality. Highly recommend booking this home if you’re visiting St. Maarten—you won’t regret it!

When visiting Anguilla, look no further than Tranquility Beach! These beachfront condo was everything we imagined. Pictures/videos does this beauty no justice. Perfect ambience as the decor is modern while still having the touch of the Caribbean. Enjoyed waking up in the mornings to a pristine light blue water beach before ever lifting my head from my pillow. Steps from the quiet beach. The staff are all amazing and treat you like family instead of tourists. All your needs, reservations, bookings, etc are taken care of as soon as you inquire within the staff. You’re placed in a WhatsApp group chat and whatever you need is provided literally in minutes! Rachel is the manager who also lives in the condo community. She handles everything and does a great job. She's accommodating and flexible, goes over every detail, answers all questions, and makes recommendations. She's the best! The apartment has everything you may need. The kitchen is the best-equipped Airbnb kitchen I've ever been to. They even have two beach chairs and umbrellas, making a visit to the beautiful beach just a 3 min drive down the road, a perfect destination. Highly recommended! We are already thinking about returning next year.

Beachfront Caribbean Breeze in Paradise, SXM

This is a fabulous condo with beautiful pool area and beach! Everything within the condo was perfect and Sylvia went above and beyond assuring everything needed was there. She also provided beach chairs, umbrella and cooler which made our beach days amazing! The balcony on lower level has a daybed which I used to curl up and read while my husband preferred using it for napping 😴! Sylvia was very responsive with any questions we had before and during our stay. Absolutely perfect! We would definitely reserve again and if you are looking for a wonderful place in Simpson Bay you should too!

Jennifer’s home is gorgeous and spacious. The view is nothing short of spectacular. We were shocked even though we saw the pics. As anywhere on the island, many streets are steep when they wind their way up each mountainside to get up and over. The house is no exception as it rests on a hillside facing Little Bay. As such, be prepared with the car you rent that you’ll have to go up high-angled streets from time to time, and the home’s driveway is no exception. But once you get used to that, you’ll find a paradise on top. Let’s not forget the infinite pool! As far as hospitality, Jennifer provided detailed instructions and recommendations for us, as well as responded quickly to any questions we had. 5 stars for sure!

The pictures on the listing do not do justice on how beautiful the view you have from the balcony is. One day I even changed my plans to go to the beach to read cause I saw no point. The balcony has the best setup for a nice relaxing reading session on a sunny day with a cozy pouf like seat. On top of that, the host is kind and caring and made me feel at home. She even pointed out when I was about to go biking under the hot Sun to bring some water, which I thought I was, but indeed was forgetting. Thank you for making my stay in Sint Maarten a really great one!

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Ellia. The house was beautiful and spacious. Yacine and Katy were extremely friendly and helpful, at times when we needed something they always responded. The villa has breathtaking views and is close to restaurants/nightlife. Not a single negative thing to say about our experience. Thank you again!

Fourteen is an absolutely gorgeous property. My son is a student at the medical university nearby and the location was perfect for us ! The view is incredible. Mullet Bay beach is the best beach on the island, pool was great too! Beds were super comfy ! Would stay here again! Jeff was super friendly and had great suggestions. Thank You!!

Villa Pure was far and away the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The property genuinely exceeded every expectation. Beautifully and comfortably furnished with everything we could possibly need. The outdoor space was sprawling and private and was an amazing second living space with beautiful views. The beds were so comfortable too. The hosts were communicative and offered suggestions and recommendations to any requests or questions we had. It was a great location, so close to Super U (Grocery), Orient Beach, Grand Case, but maybe the most special is that it's right across from Pinel Island that we Kayaked to twice to enjoy the restaurants and the secluded atmosphere. Our kids spent every morning hunting for beautiful shells, days in the pool, playing volleyball, ping pong all in our backyard. I cannot recommend this place enough! We can't wait to come back next year

Phadya and Robert's "Oceans 29 " was everything that was advertised, beautiful, clean, contemporary with a great central location and breath taking views !!! Check-in was easy with Phadya describing all the Villa amenities and some ins and outs of the property. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to future Sint Maarteen visitors!!!

We had a very pleasant stay. The place is spacious and had everything we needed. The environment is great if you come as a group, where you can entertain together but also everyone has their private space. Brandon was a very accessible host. the place was well situated and next time if I am coming with a group I would definitely stay at his place.

We absolutely loved staying at this villa for many reasons. First, its location and three features we appreciated: it is on the west side of the island which means we saw beautiful sunsets every night; it is near Friar’s Bay Beach that we enjoyed a lot, including delicious food and great music at the Friar Bay Beach Café (quick note: you can walk to Friar’s Bay through the road - probably a 10 mins walk - but with the heat, we preferred to drive); and finally, it is secure and very private - we did not see nor hear neighbours. Second, its comfort. We spent most of our time outside, either in the pool or the covered patio. We also made friends with the turtles! The villa is well equipped with all we needed. And I would be remiss not to mention Julia’s quality service. She welcomed us at the villa and was very efficient to explain all its features. It was easy to communicate with her. Merci Julia!

Sugarbird Nest was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. During our 2 week holiday Ariana was always available to offer suggestions on places to visit on the island, and restaurants to eat. We really enjoyed walking into Philipsburg and watching the cruise ships come and go. Our view of Great Bay and Divi Little Bay was wonderful. Fiona and Bobby were great animals “hosts” as well. The pictures shown are exactly like it is, and the space was bigger than we expected. There were so many great amenities. We highly recommend this Airbnb. We will be back.
