Tijdens je verblijf in dit ruime appartement kom je helemaal tot rust. Op de binnenplaats is ruimte voor 2 auto's. In de gezamelijke tuin is een trampoline en klimrek. De woonkamer heeft een tv, en pelletkachel. De badkamer heeft een royale douche. In de keuken is een magnetron/oven + vaatwasser aanwezig. De woning heeft een tweepersoonsbed en een tweepersoons slaapbank met comfortabele topper. Ideaal voor lange verblijven zijn de wasmachine en droger. Op beide verdiepingen is airconditioning.

This stylish 2-person apartment in our characteristic old school has been modernly renovated in 2025. The brand new kitchen has an induction hob, oven and dishwasher. The bedroom has a lovely king-size bed (180-200) and a great rain shower. Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with all the luxuries such as; air conditioning, a smart TV and good WiFi. Gastenverblijf "Aan de Hoge Dijk", gelegen aan de oevers van de oude kanaaldijk, is de ideale uitvalsbasis om Maastricht en de prachtige omgeving te ontdekken. Ons tweepersoons gastenverblijf ligt op loopafstand van het stadscentrum, gevangen tussen het groen van de Sint Pietersberg en het water van de Maas. The former customs room is now your living room and the pass-through creates the connection from the hallway to the kitchen. During the core renovation in 2006, as many elements as possible that tell the story of the customs house were preserved. The wooden floor provides a pleasant ambience.
