African Violet is 10 minutes drive to beaches of your choice, and close to Boulder's penguins, Cape Point, Table Mountain, V&A Waterfront, wine routes, shops, banks, top restaurants, quaint working-harbours etc There is a private entrance to this apartment. The setting is really special, as the view over the infinity pool, of the ocean is framed by greenery. There is indoor/outdoor living for summer and a fire-place for the chill of winter nights. Off street parking is provided We are here is assist with any queries, plans for the day, restaurant reservations etc. The home is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to beaches, Boulder's penguins, Cape Point, Table Mountain, V&A Waterfront, shopping, wine routes, award-winning restaurants, and quaint harbours. Most guests hire a car - but recently more and more are using Uber taxi We are registered with the local paramedics organization who can assist swiftly in any medical emergency.

Cape Point Mountain Getaway - Cottage

This is one of Cape Town's environmental and historic treasures. It is a candle-lit hideaway with stunning views of mountain and sea. The Cottage is completely off grid, with fresh water coming off the mountain and energy from the sun. The cottage is built from local materials - stone walls, reed ceilings, blue gum supports. There are glass doors and windows throughout the cottage. The cottage has a beautiful open-plan bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom includes a tub, a toilet and a basin.

Perfect holiday location with stunning sea views

Holiday house just outside Simonstown on the Cape Peninsula, close to the "penguin beach". Sleeps four in two bedrooms. Open plan kitchen/lounge flows onto a large deck with expansive sea views. Within easy reach of Cape Point Reserve, and the delightful shops & restaurants of Simonstown, Kalk Bay & Muizenberg. Easy walking distance to swimming spots. Tasteful decor with modern appliances and pure cotton linen. Minimum stay is two nights, and seven nights between 15 December and 14 January.

Kelp House. Amazing sea, breaker and boulder views

Looking over beautiful False Bay, peaceful Kelp House has direct views of breakers, boulders and kelp beds. Quiet neighborhood. Amazing sea-views from 2 bedrooms and a spacious open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, with Hangklip visible across the Bay . Experience one of the most pristine stretches of the south peninsula coastline from our laidback house.     The upstairs offers spectacular ocean views with a big open plan bathroom. Downstairs is the perfect setting for dinners around the dining table leading onto the open plan kitchen. Coppers is just 100m to the entrance to Boulders Beach. The enormous deck lends itself to entertaining with uninterrupted views over Boulders and False Bay. With views from every bedroom, sunrise is not to be missed, nor the night skies and moonlit water. From Simonstown scan 180 degrees around False Bay to Hangklip and the southern ocean swells and fishing boats coming in from Cape Point. Walk across the golf course before the tourists arrive and swim at Windmill Beach.
