Welcome to HobsonVilla, a charming, self-contained studio with its own entrance - suits one or two people. Parking for 1 small/med car (up to about 3.5m). This beautiful oasis in Hobsonville is less than 2 minutes drive from motorway on-ramps travelling North or South and easy access to West Auckland, Whenuapai, Kumeu (10 mins) and the Waitakere Ranges. It is less than 5 minutes drive to the Upper Harbour Bridge which connects Hobsonvile to the North Shore, including Greenhithe and Albany.

You will love this newly build accommodation, inspired by modern European country style, set against a backdrop of magical native bush. The accommodation is separate from the main house. The home is within 35 minutes to Auckland City.
