The tiny home/RV has a full kitchen, bathroom, shower, bedroom with twin bed and loft with queen bed (low ceiling so you have to crawl in.) Outdoor sitting area & BBQ. Trails for hiking and biking. Monte Nido is nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains between Calabasas and Malibu, 5 minutes away from Pepperdine University in Malibu. You can walk to the Backbone trail head from our yard. The guest house has a private entrance, full kitchen, bath and french doors that open up to a private patio with a fountain. There is also a private deck for star gazing and afternoon naps. Perfect for hiking, biking, surfing, and relaxation. There are no streetlights or sidewalks. It is truly paradise.

Welcome to Casa by the Sea. The home is about 1/2 block to the sand with direct access right down the street. The home has a wide open floor plan that makes being with friends and family fun and enjoyable. The home provides games, corn hole, beach toys and beach towels for recreation. There is a gas grill on the back patio that is hooked up to natural gas so you never have to worry about changing a tank. You are going to love sliding in the lifestyle here at the beach.
