Modern design, completely private with separate access, 2 Bedrooms 2 Bath, one King bed one full bed, one sofa bed, sleeps up to 6. High ceilings. 1 covered standard car parking. 5 minutes to the Westfield mall and Village with great restaurants and shopping, 35 min. to downtown, 35 min to the beach and wineries. 1 small dog allowed $75 fee. Owners unit! We have all utilities and wifi. Made especially for those who are looking for a 4 Seasons style hotel room on the beach. Subzero Fridge, Wolf Stove, Bosch Dishwasher, Kraus Sink, 50 inch tv, air conditioning. The couch opens up into another bed. Washer and Dryer in Unit! Pets $50 night. 30 Day Rental. Possible construction 2 houses south with grading 8am to 4. This is the least affected unit but might hear some equipment noise. Does not affect view or beach.
