NOTE: Stairs to the loft are steep and not recommended for small children or anyone with issues climbing stairs. Occasional neighborhood construction noise to be expected.

This is the "Sister Ship to "Ventura Boatel". It is a boat so more like a large Floating RV than a hotel! There is plenty of room to sleep and relax. The boat doesn't ever leave the dock. You will get to experience living on a boat, but since it is always attached to the dock you will never have to worry about sea sickness! It is less than 100 feet to all the action at Ventura Harbor Village with restaurants, live music, shops, wine tasting, famous ice cream shop, a gorgeous beach, and more!

Gorgeous Malibu Apartment- Special Price!

Thankfully our beautiful ocean view apartment was a long way from the January fires, and after housing several fire victims we are open again at a specially reduced price! Just steps away from magnificent hiking trails, and 3 mins drive to the most spectacular beaches. Private deck, comfortable living room, small kitchen with everything and and an oven 1 bedroom King, 2nd bedroom Queen, and pristine bathroom! Beautiful landscaping, bird lovers paradise!
