(Help yourself to any fruit that is ripe) One of the newest homes on the mountain with the largest/most private yards in the neighborhood. A few miles to the beach, Nobu, and the famous Solstice & Back Bone Trails! Master bathroom includes a Jacuzzi tub and steam shower. Guests will have access to the entire 3 bed room 3 bathroom 2400 square ft home. The guests also have access to the back patio/porch and ENTIRE fenced in back yard. The only areas the guests can not access are the locked cleaning closet and garden efficiency located under the porch, where the owners stay occasionally. (Separate entrance private from the house) Malibu is known for its celebrity homes and beaches, including wide Zuma Beach. To the east is Malibu Lagoon State Beach, known as Surfrider Beach. Inland, trails weave through canyons, waterfalls and grasslands in the Santa Monica Mountains. We are only a couple miles from the beach! There are 3-4 parking spots on the street.

Casa by the Sea

Welcome to Casa by the Sea. The home is about 1/2 block to the sand with direct access right down the street. The home has a wide open floor plan that makes being with friends and family fun and enjoyable. The home provides games, corn hole, beach toys and beach towels for recreation. There is a gas grill on the back patio that is hooked up to natural gas so you never have to worry about changing a tank. You are going to love sliding in the lifestyle here at the beach. I am located right next to the naval base and I am 40 minutes from LA and 30 minutes from Santa Barbara! I am also right next to the PCH which will take you to Malibu and Santa Monica!
