The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Emre's place made an unforgettable memory for us. We were there for about 10 days, the place matched the description and the photos, close to public transportations and He has been very helpful and responded. For example, We needed a baby chair , a baby bed and we found the pans not useful for us. he immediately provided them. Emre was really great and very lovely. Highly recommended.

It was a real pleasure to stay at your place during our visit to Istanbul. The place is very nice and very clean, and there’s all we needed during our stay. Very close to everything shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions just 5min walk to the blue mosque and hagia Sofia mosque. The place has two floors and makes it like two apartments in one and this was great for us, we stayed in one floor with the kids and gave the second floor to my mom and my niece who came with us. The host was very professional, polite and very helpful. He provided a great service he organised the taxi for us from and to the airport and even walked us through the nearby area and showed us the better shops and restaurants and the different shortcuts to get to centre. Thanks a million for everything and we really appreciate!!

Öncelikle evin dekorasyon ve tasarımı gerçekten muhteşemdi. Gerçekten çok sıcak bir ortamı vardı. Konuklar için her detay düşünülmüş. Sunulan ürünlerin tamamı vegan ve çevre dostu ürünler olması önemli bir detaydı. Serin sayılabilecek bir haftasonu olmasına rağmen kombi ile rahat biçimde ısındık. Gökçe & Derya konuklarını gerçekten "konuk" olarak gören son derece nazik ve yardımsever insanlar. Bize her konuda hızlı biçimde dönüş sağladılar. Sundukları olanaklar ve yardımları için teşekkürler.

Peaceful and comfortable accommodation with amazing views and all the creature comforts. An excellent base for exploring Istanbul by ferry or bus, with nice cafes nearby. Can recommend using a delivery service (we used Getir) to get groceries in.

Great place to stay - quiet and peaceful while you are still in the middle of everything.The place has all the amenities possible and are top quality. It’s best place to stay with or without kids, easy to walk to Taksim square and a minute away with access to grocery/eateries. Recommended the hospitality of Zelal and the place!

Travelled with my young son for dental treatment. Felt like home, everything we needed for a weeks stay. Felt very safe in the complex travelling as a solo parent. Loads of supermarkets, parks, places to eat within walking distance. Thanks again for having us to stay.

Kuş cıvıltıları eşliğinde, yemyeşil manzarasıyla huzur dolu bir ortam. Tesiste iki adet havuz bulunuyor; ısıtmalı havuz gece gündüz sıcacıktı, diğer havuz ise yaz ayları için ideal. Evin sosyal alanı oldukça keyifliydi. Ateş çukuru etrafında, üst koruma sayesinde yağmur yağsa bile rahatlıkla vakit geçirebildik. Barbekü alanı hemen yanı başımızdaydı ve dış mekan aydınlatması da yeterli seviyedeydi. Kalabalık konaklamalar için hem alan hem de oda sayısı oldukça yeterli. Mutfak gereçleri fazlasıyla düşünülmüş; ayrıca kahve çekirdeğinizi getirirseniz kullanabileceğiniz bir otomatik kahve makinesi de mevcut. Araçla yaklaşık 15 dakikalık mesafede ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayabileceğiniz birçok market seçeneği bulunuyor. Ancak, gelirken tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı yanınızda getirirseniz, sizi kusursuz bir konaklama deneyimi bekliyor diyebilirim.

Kalabalık arkadaş grubuyla vakit geçirmek için harika bir yer. 4 katlı binada her şeyimiz mevcuttu, eksiksiz bir şekilde keyifle konakladık. Ferhat Bey son derece ilgiliydi ve yardımseverdi, bizimle çok güzel iletişim kurdu. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. Havuzu kullanmak için yazın tekrar gelmek isteriz :)

Ev tertemiz ve düzenliydi. Hava çok soğuk olmasına rağmen evin ısınması ile ilgili hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Bebek beşiğine kadar her şey düşünülmüştü. Bunun için ayrıca teşekkür ederim 🙏 Hiçbir konuda eksiklik yaşamadık her şey düşünülmüştü. Evin manzarası zaten mükemmel. Gece sessizlikte kuş cıvıltılarını dinlemek harikaydı. Şehirden çok uzakta gibi hissettiriyor ama alışveriş yapabileceğiniz yerler 2 dk lık mesafede bu da ekstra kolaylık sağlıyor. Çok güzel vakit geçirdik. Ev sahibine teşekkür ederiz

Un gran alojamiento. Muy cómodo, limpio y con estacionamiento, cerca de Taksim. La comunicación fue muy buena y las indicaciones y flexibilidad de llegada ayudaron mucho. Tuvieron detalles que hicieron nuestra estancia más agradable y hasta nos dieron un bonito regalo de año nuevo. Sin duda, volvería a reservar este alojamiento.

Very good studio in a good location, everything is sparkling clean and brand new. The place had just been renovated a month ago. Internet was very stable aswell. Host is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

Ev gerçekten çok zevkli dekore edilmiş ve tertemizdi. Ev sahibiyle iletişimimiz çok hızlı ve sorunsuzdu. Aile olarak konakladık ve her açıdan çok memnun kaldık.

Çok güzel bir evdi, yağmurlu havadan dolayı maalesef güzelim bahçeyi kullanamadık ama evin içinde de çok güzel vakit geçirdik. Evde tüm ihtiyaçlar düşünülmüştü, bu bizim için önemli bir kriterdi ve hepsine ulaşabildik. Küçük bir market alışverişi ile ocakta istediğiniz yemeği pişirebilirsiniz. Evin her yeri ve her eşyası tertemizdi. Sahile çok yakındı, güzel havalarda çıkıp yürüş yapılabilir. Kısacası her şey çok güzeldi, gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Beautiful apartment uphill from the heart of Balat. we stayed for 9 days so plenty of time to experience the neighborhood and the place. It was a pleasant place to stay. We didn't want to stay in the massively touristy areas and experience a little but of the local life and Balat is great for that. The place is set over 4 floors with very steep stairs. be very careful whilst coming down. luckily there's a toilet on each floor. It was comfortable, relatively quiet and safe. We travelled with cabin luggages so very grateful for the supplied shower gel and shampoo! We cooked a little and the kitchen is totally functional as is the washing machine ( although you'll need a but of Google lens translation to figure out the programmes!) Constructive criticism - could do with hooks for the towels in each bathroom and a couple more seats on the terrace. It was a really nice spot to have our breakfast and evening sundowner. Also, no TV unlike what is listed but good WiFi available.

В самой квартире уютно, удобная кровать и красивый вид как во двор, так и на оживленную улицу. Однозначно бы вернулась еще! Спасибо за заботу комфорт🖤

Leyla hanım çok nazik ve anlayışlı bir ev sahibi. Ev çok rahat, temiz ve her şey mevcut. Dışarıdaki kediler çok dost canlısı, ama içeriye girmemelerine dikkat etmek gerekiyor. Ev büyük olduğu için siz farkında olmadan içeride kaybolabilirler. Aile ve gruplar için ideal. Çok teşekkürler!

Das Zimmer war perfekt für uns. Wir konnten es vom Flughafen aus sehr einfach mit der U-Bahn erreichen, da es mitten im Zentrum liegt und dennoch ruhig ist. Die Ausstattung ist komfortabel und das Bad sehr sauber. Der kleine Buchladen im Erdgeschoß hat etwas magisch uriges und passt ins Stadtgefühl. Am meisten haben wir uns aber in die wunderschöne, liebevolle Katze verliebt. Sie wachte geheimnisvoll über den Laden und kam abends immer leise miauend vor unsere Tür und fragte um Einlass. Was für ein zauberhaftes Wesen. Wir kommen schon allein der Katze wegen sicher noch einmal wieder. Das habe ich ihr bei der Abreise versprochen. 😂 😍 Absolute Herzensempfehlung - Danke auch für die freundliche und unkomplizierte Konversation.
