Historic and updated home from the 1800's

This historic home built in the late 1800's was one of the finest homes built in the Sevier Valley. Over the years it has been lovingly maintained, and recently renovated and upgraded. Today, it still has original hardwood floors, detailed wood work, and inset windows highlighting its 18 inch thick walls. All furniture is updated, each mattress is a new memory foam mattress that will cradle you to sleep. Secure high speed internet and smart flat screen TVs allow for remote work or entertainment.

Horse Farm Haven

Horse Farm Haven is a studio apartment with a beautiful view of the Monroe and Cove mountains as it overlooks J Family Equine's horse facilities and the beautiful Monrovian countryside. There is an enclosed back porch where you can sit and listen to the farm animals and enjoy the peaceful feel of the country. There are also local hot springs less than 10 minutes down the road! Guests with dogs will need to abide by my rules for dogs. Message the host for details before booking. No cats allowed.

Come relax at our comfortable basement apartment with private outside entrance. Treat yourself to a BBQ, roast hotdogs, have a family game night, take a walk to the park or just relax and catch a show on Disney+, Netflix or Amazon Pr. Enjoy our safe and quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the beautiful Lions park, skate park and swimming pool. We're only a few blocks from the entrance to the Paiute ATV/UTV trail system and popular mountain biking trails (and shuttle meeting place).

Our home has the magical historical feeling of living in the good old days, but with all the upgraded comforts of today! Our home is close to Fish Lake, Pando, Manti Temple, Richfield's Sevier Valley Events Center, Blackhawk arena, and the "Mighty 5 National Parks". These National Parks include Canyonlands, Bryce Canyon, Zions, Arches and Capitol Reef. We are known for our amazing ATV trails (Piute Trail) as well as hunting and fishing. Salina is a hub connecting 1-70, 89, and 50 from I-15!

Home Base Resort #2

This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and an open loft with three twin beds. ( the loft has a lower ceiling 5'9 great for kids) Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Pets are welcome for a additional 20$ fee. Please let us know if you bring your pet

Little Red Barn W/Sauna Access

This unique comfy space is located on our 10-acre boutique farm/nursery in a beautiful landscape and Dark Night Skies. It is a cozy camp in any season with 1 queen and 2 twin beds in the loft and accessed by a ladder. Includes supplemental heat/AC, fire pit, picnic table and a shared shower and restroom/space. Hot Springs, hiking, biking, horseback riding, ATV trails, State and National Parks are nearby. Pets are welcome when included in your reservation.

Historic Pioneer Cabin

This is an 1800s original ranch house that has been modified to include modern amenities. This property has two beds and one bath. The kitchen features apartment-sized appliances and is stocked with basic items. This unit includes a washer and dryer, mainly because we know people come to our area to explore and get dirty. The Cabin is centrally located to ATV and hiking trails, Monroe Paragliding, Hot Springs, Hunting, and fishing.
