We had a lovely stay. Comfortable, pleasant backyard, cool kitchen, and very nice bathroom and bathtub! I appreciated the electric candles and the bath tray. Made a stressful time a little more relaxing. Thank you!

This is my second stay at the historic mansion. I wrote a glowing review on my previous stay and our current stay did not disappoint. If you are looking for a high end AirBNB this is the place. Accommodations as in our prior visit were excellent, beddings were very comfortable and the home itself is well laid out and roomy. Sue our host was kind enough to provide plenty of firewood so we could avail ourselves to the outdoor fire pit where we were able to roast marshmallows for the young ones. Sue also contacted me and advised the home was ready for check in at an earlier time making our check in much more convenient. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Yuba City.

We had a fantastic time at Fred and Patricia’s home. It was perfect for our group of six. Centrally located, comfortable, and with a very usable kitchen to prepare meals. Already talking about a follow-up trip!

We will definitely be back and were sad to leave. We loved this cabin! The backyard is gorgeous! The house itself is comfortable and cozy. The beds were great and we all slept well. The main bedroom is HUGE. You could bring an inflatable bed if you needed to and it would easily fit. Others have mentioned the twin beds in the front room...they're off to the side from the kitchen and living space so it isn't like they're in the middle of that space and are bigger than they appear in pictures FYI and the second bathroom is near so that is also convenient. My large boys (ages 13 & 15) liked hanging out on the twin beds in the front room. There is a General Store right across the way with great milkshakes and food too. It was fun to buzz over there and grab a treat or breakfast or a burger. We can't wait to come back.

We visit Kernville one to two times a a year. This was my favorite place so far out of the places my family and I have stayed. We have a family of 5 (3 kids) and they absolutely had a blast, plenty of games and activities for them to do at the house including swimming. We also had some friends and family visit us and the place was great for entertaining guests. I highly recommend staying here the host is very responsive and friendly. We look forward to visiting again. Thank you!

Mina was very proactive and responsive with communication. When we needed extra linens in the kitchen he promptly brought them over. His place is clean and well stocked with cooking and dining utensils for us to make quick breakfast or heat up leftovers. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We didn’t explore Marina much but It’s an easy drive into Monterey which was where we were headed for the day.

My first time using an AirBnB and it was such an awesome experience. The house was well maintained and felt like a home. Everything was super clean and instructions were so clear that I didn't feel the need to reach out to the host. The next time I visit the area, I would definitely book with Art again.

We had an incredible stay at Brad’s home. The views were spectacular. Cozy living room and outdoor area. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Brad was helpful and communicative. I highly recommend staying there in Sutter Creek! We hope to stay again!

Sean and Ron’s tree top retreat is such a beautiful space. Tastefully decorated and well thought of amenities. The large windows opened way to beautiful views of the trees and the city views of the bay and the city of Oakland. We loved sitting on the balcony chairs at night talking and looking at the city lights. Waking up to the smell of the forest and drinking coffee on the porch was such a treat. Additionally Sean and Ron were such incredible and kind hosts. Due to work duties, our drive from LA started later than we planned and we arrived late at the place. Their driving and check in directions were clear and they left lots of lights on for us to ensure our safe arrival. Because we arrived late, we didn’t have a chance to grab something to eat, but we were welcomed with a box of fresh pastries from the local cafe which gave us the food we needed. Thanks so much Sean and Ron. We will definitely recommend your place and will come back again.

Geräumige und stilvolle Wohnung. Ruhig gelegen und doch gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, leckere Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung, die Lage und die sehr netten Vermieter uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Theodore was amazing. No host replied this fast! I was looking for a place at the very last minute but he answered all my questions at like 11 pm, and he was so helpful. I really thank him for that. The interior was really outstanding. 💖 Theodore made sure the place was warm and cozy before I checked in. I had places that didn’t really warm up, but this place.. my God. It gets hot lol I actually had to lower and lower the heat to stay warm! Big TV, comfortable bed, plenty of towels, nice indoor jacuzzi & dry sauna! The jacuzzi was like bubble bath.. 🛀 I don’t know what’s in it, but it made my skin so soft. In summary, if this place is available, you gotta grab it. 😎

It was a delight to stay here! The place is huge, and the amenities were great. The kitchen was well stocked. Comfy furniture, comfy bed, game room downstairs! My family in town were excited to come up and see the porch on Main St! We need more places like this in Portola, very cute!

Such a hidden gem! This place was even better than expected—just as described and had everything you could possibly think of. Super clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The host was amazing—communicative, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We’ll absolutely be regulars from now on. This was a great private, quiet place to stay on the lake away from all the chaos! The hosts were awesome and went above and beyond to help us out even with a last minute reservation. We loved the beautiful dock to sit and have a drink at during sunset or coffee at dawn. As others have mentioned, it was also nice to have Netflix logged in without having to enter our own passwords all the time. The kitchenette was cute with vintage style appliances, and the bed was very clean and comfortable. They provided snacks and coffee to get us started and rolling out of bed! It was a great time.

John’s place was definitely as he described. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our time here and would stay here again. It was a perfect weekend getaway when you need some much needed time off. John was extremely detailed and responsive and make the check in and out easy.

everything was super nice, only thing was the charger didnt work which was very bummed out, but overall house is super spacious and nice, plenty of room for family and friends! mason was helpful & communicative!

This is a truly lovely property with breathtaking views of the vineyard and sunset. The interior is well appointed and spotless. The linens and bedding are sumptuous. There are many fragrant fruit and flowering trees around the pool deck.

We absolutely loved our stay! The owners were responsive and wonderfully communicative. The house is beautifully maintained and everything we expected and way more. The AC was on for us, making unpacking much more pleasant. The beds are super comfortable, and the bedding so soft. The living room was perfect for lounging with our group. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked and the BBQ was pristine. Couldn’t imagine a better place to spend a weekend with your nearest and dearest.

Had an amazing stay at Gina’s house for a girls retreat weekend. The house is amazing with really good vibes! Kitchen was fantastic for cooking group meals and overall could not have asked for a better place!

My wife and 3 children stayed a week at Brendan's beautiful property. We had such a great time. It was extremely well stocked with supplies and it was perfect for our family. The grounds and landscaping were SO impressive. We made smores by the pond in the evenings. We played soccer in the front yard during the afternoon. We drank coffee in the morning sun on the front deck with all the birds chirping, and then we spent the rest of the day swimming in the amazing pool and sitting in the hot tub. There is a pool house with an extra bathroom, kitchen and pool table that we didn't even use, as there was too much to do and not enough time for our family in just a week. We could have stayed a few more weeks! Brendan communicated extremely well and everything worked great. We will be back!

This is my second time at this Airbnb with this group of ladies. We had a total blast both times. Totally peaceful, serene, gorgeous. We love it here. The drive up once you get to the neighborhood is hilariously scary (there’s a small dirt road up a hill) but it was just fine. VERY good vibes here!! And Courtney was great!

We had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The backyard was incredibly clean, private, and perfect for relaxing—definitely one of our favorite parts of the property. The dog park was amazing and our little pup enjoyed a lot! The amenities were thoughtfully provided and covered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was also extremely responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience seamless. We especially loved spending evenings by the fire pit—it added such a cozy touch to our trip. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location strikes the perfect balance a quiet and peaceful neighborhood that's also just a short distance from shops. The property itself has clearly been recently remodeled and is impeccably clean and very comfortable. Our kids especially loved the fantastic pool area. Our host was also incredibly responsive and thoughtful, regularly checking in to ensure we had everything we needed.
