We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of a contemporary home.
A local Property Management Service runs the property since the owner lives abroad, they're located nearby and can help and advise on local attractions and necessities - they're there to make sure your stay is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
There is a Security Guard stationed at the property 24/7 as well to ensure your safety and comfort.
BEDROOMS
- The property features 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
- The primary bedroom is a King size bed and has it's own ensuite, air-conditioning unit plus an electric fan.
- Second & Third bedrooms are double beds also with their own air-conditioning unit and an electric fan each.
- All three rooms have mosquito nets installed.
BATHROOMS
- All three bathrooms feature a toilet, sink and walk-in shower.
LIVING ROOM
- Two large leather sofas - 3 person & 2 person,
- 55 inch flat-screen television,
- Air-conditioning unit plus a fan.
DINING ROOM
- The dining room features a fridge freezer, a coffee machine, electric water kettle, a microwave, plates, cups and cutlery.
KITCHEN
- The kitchen features a gas stove and oven; washing machine; rice cooker; blender; cooking pots and other kitchen utensils.
GARDEN
- The garden is large and spacious, it features a Gazebo, a trampoline and a 2-in-1 kids swing.
ELECTRICITY & WATER SUPPLY
- The main source of power supply to the property is the national power grid (EDSA). In the event of a power outage there is a standby electric generator at the property that provide emergency power.
- We have recently (2025) purchased a brand new generator to avoid issues with not being able to run the Air Conditioning / WiFi on generator power.
- We have also added an extra water tank at the property (2025) on advise from a few recent guests that the supply was starting to struggle.
Property Management Services are able to advise and help with any issues here.
ONSITE PARKING
- There is on-site parking for two vehicles at the property.

Property is located roughly 800 metres off Wilkinson Road, the main road for shopping and everything you'll need during your stay.
12 minutes drive to British Embassy
15 minutes drive to the Sea Coach in Aberdeen,
15 minutes drive to the Sea Bird in Murray Town,
20 minutes drive to Aberdeen & Lumley Beach.
HOUSE RULES:
- Check-in time is 13:00pm and check-out is 11:00am.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property. However, guests can smoke in the gazebo which is located in the garden area of the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
