Everything you are looking for for a peaceful holiday is here. There is no need to climb stairs or walk around to reach the pool. The pool is right in front of you. While your children are playing, you can follow them from your home. Each room has an air conditioning unit. The house is 1.2km from the beach, 700m from the bazaar, 2.4km from the Ancient City. You can go by walk or public transport. The property has 3 individual houses. You wil have one. Not: Pool opening date is 1st of June.

The sofa can be a bed in the living room.There are 2 air conditioners(TOSHİBA). It is 2 minutes walking distance to historical places and restaurants in oldtown. The world famous MERMERLİ beach is 5 minutes away. The house has a very large garden and if desired, breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the garden. -airport 25 minutes
