We enjoyed a stay very much! The villa is super cozy and spacious enough for 6 adults. We were 5 adults and 1 kid. Bathroom on every floor comes very handy. Furniture and appliances are old a bit but of a good quality. Sound proofing is also very good - you won’t hear the 1st floor at all if you close the door on the second. There’s a very spacious and clean pool and a table tennis so bring your rackets and enjoy ☺️ 8 minutes to the beach, supermarket is in 5 minutes by foot. Very friendly host who can also help you with transfer, car rental and etc. Amazing experience!

This apartment has exceeded my expectations. 400 m to the best beach in Kemer (Sandy+a little bit of stones), this beach is the most beautiful in whole Kemer. The flat was clean and had a lot, a lot of kitchen utensils and home goods, so I felt like at home! The wifi is strong, the furniture is brand new, carpets are clean, all is clean. I was a superhost myself in Vienna, and this place is better equipped with utensils and amenities than mine! The apartment door goes direct into a beautiful courtyard, and it feels very, very safe, because there is a door guard at the entrance to the apartment courtyard. At the same time, we had a lot of privacy. Bus stop to town and Antalya just 100m away. Lastly, no matter how good, well-located and clean any place could be, if the host isn’t available or friendly, it can ruin everything. But Berkem was very responsive, he answered every need (extra blankets etc) very quickly. So far I personally think it is the best private apartment to stay in Kem

Приветливый и отзывчивый хозяин, всегда на связи, отвечает очень быстро. Удобное расположение жилья - в паре минут ходьбы от центральной улицы, но при этом тишина и спокойствие. Квартира очень чистая, есть все необходимое.

nice location - 5 min to walk to the sea. nice apartment, not freshly refurbished, but everything works good surrounding area, calm, clean, safe with shops an restaurants helpful staff if you are booking, please, do not forget to feed cats there from time to time!

A peaceful holiday location among orange and lemon groves. Very close to the sea and peaceful place. The hotel owners are friendly and help you immediately with any needs you may have. I would definitely consider going again.

Denize sıfır, kendi sahili, şezlong ve güneşlikleri, spor alanları ve sosyal tesisi olan, elit ve nezih insanların olduğu sitedeki bu evde kalma şansını yakaladığımız için mutluyuz. Portakal ve limon çiçeklerinin eşsiz kokusu ile dolu bir ortamda mevsim yağışlı olmasına rağmen çok güzel vakit geçirdik, yakın yerlerdeki görülmesi gereken yerlere gidebildik ve ilk kez mart ayının sonunda denize girdik. Ev biraz eski olmasına rağmen temizdi ve ihtiyaç olan her şey vardı. Yakındaki zincir market çok iyi bir olanak. Evde banyo ve deniz havluları olduğu için araçlarda çok yer kaplayan havluları götürmenize bile gerek yok. Eve Wi-Fi eklenmiş olması ise çok sevindirici oldu. Seçkin Bey ve site görevlileri çok yardımcı oldu. Hepsine çok teşekkür ederim.

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, schön geräumig und die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr bemüht und immer gut erreichbar gewesen. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass wir vor Check-in Uhrzeit die Villa betreten dürfen. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt und das alles so kurzfristig geklappt hat

Nice house in a small town close to the beach. AC worked great and the pool was lots of fun during the day.

Loved our stay, fantastic location within the walled city. Restaurant and shops are steps away and yet quiet and peaceful at night. The garden in the back of the property is a special place. Very kind and hospitable, breakfast was fantastic as well with fresh baked goods and freeze squeezed orange juice. Would stay again. Cheers

Отличные апартаменты, все продумано. Прекрасная и большая терраса. Вокруг много магазинов и кафе, до пляжа идти минут 10-15. Круглосуточная ресепшен, всегда можно решить любой вопрос. Очень отзывчивый управляющий. Есть хорошая парковка для машин, всегда находили там место для нашей машины. На территории есть бассейн, где удобно и комфортно поплавать. Единственно терраса находится на четвертом этаже а лифт ходит только до третьего. Приходилось подниматься пешком на один этаж.

Ali is a great host, friendly and communicative you should always reach out to him he will make your life easy. The place is huge with a lot of bathrooms. The pool and the garden are a fantastic feature I was there with 8 friends and we had a huge barbecue and spent the days swimming. It’s a bit of a distance to the town centre but it’s a walking distance to the house of Legends which is a humongous shopping area that’s full of restaurants and shops and other activities. The beach is a short ride and you’ll be very close to the main street where it’s easy to find taxis. Supermarket is a minute walk and there’s a very nice cafe and bar 50 meters away, there’s also take way places that deliver pizza and local food. Arriving to the place could be tricky as taxis will always take you to street 116 instead of 118 so make sure you have your maps opened and use Yeldiz supermarket as your land mark.

We had a great stay in Berat's apartment. The place is spacious, bright, clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect near beautiful Konyaalti beach, restaurants and some playgrounds. Special thanks to Mazlum, our contact on site, who was always friendly and responsive.

Yaklaşık 3 hafta kalma şansımız oldu. Ev tam olarak fotoğraflardaki gibi mutfak eşyaları yeterli be kullanışlıydı. Havuz zaten sitenin ortasında kolayca girip çıkabiliyorsunuz fakat deniz için 10 dklık yürüyüş mesafesi var. Plaj ayrıca çok güzel deniz tertemiz. Ev sahibi ve görevli kişiyle kolayca iletişime geçtik hızlı dönüş aldık. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle güzel sakin bir tatil geçirmek isterseniz tercih edebilirsiniz.☺️

Wir waren durchaus überrascht wie gut alles geklappt hat. Alles hatte seine Ordnung und das Haus ist ein Traum. Davon abgesehen fanden wir es besonders schön, dass hier keine Viecher oder Insekten im Haus waren. Sauberer Pool, ruhige Nachbarschaft und toller Vorort nähe Belek. Danke für alles und immer wieder gerne. Fikret hat sich gut um uns gekümmert und war stets für Auskunft und diverse Organisation erreichbar. Auch Hussain ist ein lieber und gut erreichbarer Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr aufgehoben gefühlt und möchten bald wieder die Unterkunft anmieten. Danke für alles. Beste Grüße 🙂

We had a great stay! The self check-in was super convenient, and the location was excellent—close to the sea and surrounded by some great restaurants. The workspace was a big plus, as I needed to do some remote work during my stay, and it made things much easier. Would definitely recommend!

Berk bey gayet ilgiliydi. Her istediğimizde kendisine ulaşabildik. Ev gerçekten bölgedeki en rahat en konforlu konaklama yeri olabilir. Önümüzdeki yıllarda yolumuz düşerse mutlaka tekrardan iletişime geçmek isterim .

Nice apartments, around 5 minutes walk from both beaches. It is located on the ground floor and has access to a small inner garden with orange trees, it is in shadow; there is a sort of terrace with a table; we spent pleasant afternoons there as it was not too hot. You should expect local cats to show up shortly after you arrive and check whether you want to feed and pet them :) Also there is a small restaurant street maybe 200 meters from the apartments - restaurants there are better than the average ones you find in Kemer. Note the other (not garden) windows look at the large open paved area which is used for car school, local kids riding bicycles, Thursday market and who knows what else, the good thing is that during the week we stayed there were many activities but nothing annoying or unpleasant.

It was an amazing experience at the accommodation. We had a change of plans and instead of arriving around noon, we arrived early morning to Antalya. However our wonderful host assured us that the time will not be a problem, and ensured that there was someone to take us to the accommodation and explain everything at 6 AM. Would love to visit again and the view of the sea beach from the balcony was stunning.

Flat was located in such a great point that all restaurants, bars and clubs are in walkable area. everything inside the flat (ironing , kitchen equipment, and other amenities) was thought for the help of residents. great place to discover the heart of Old town.

Arrivée de nuit mais Banu avait préparé notre accueil. Maison très propre et jardin très accueillant !! Sur place e Turquie pour y faire des courses d'orientation, nous sommes peu restés dans la maison de Banu mais elle est très agréable pour y séjourner.

Highly recommended! Murat's place is exactly as described. It is very accessible; easy to get around by taxi and bus. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Perfect for nature lovers. With mountain and sea views. Special thanks to Oktay and Emel; very responsive and friendly. Thank you very much for allowing us to check out late in the afternoon.
