New 3 bedroom garden villa with swimming pool

The house was designed to provide independent spaces for each of the members of the family or guests, connected by a hallway that brings you to the living/kitchen and outdoor area. Every room has its own bathroom, outdoor shower and an outdoor patio/garden where you can sit and enjoy the latest book you picked. A tropical garden, outdoor deck and swimming pool complete the outdoor area of the house. We hope you feel at home. Our family wishes you a pleasant stay at our place. Salamat Karajaw!

An open living area with spacious kitchen/dining area, air conditioned bedrooms, hot water showers, lounge w/cable tv, wifi, and a large veranda complete with outdoor furniture are all yours to enjoy. Situated on a half hectare grass yard/garden with ocean view and beach access this property is one of a kind in the area. Located along the Tourism road about 1 km from Cloud 9, many shops, restaurants and bars are minutes away.

Each unit has its own private kitchen. We are only a short 5 minute walk to Malinao’s Famous White Sand Beach. Here you will find local beach bars, restaurants, shopping (ask about a 10% discount on handmade jewelry and souvenirs) located at Doot Beach all unique to Malinao. 8 minutes drive to General Luna.

Modern tropical, open-plan, very close to beach 2

Hidden away from the road in one of the best locations in Siargao, this recently renovated home with private garden is halfway between GL & Cloud 9, and just a 1 minute walk to the beach in front. (Please note: as with most of Siargao due to the current rapid development of the island, there is a possibility of construction noise from nearby properties during daytime hours. Also on rare occasions after long periods of no rain, the water can turn slightly salty)
