ჩვენი მყუდრო კოტეჯი გთავაზობთ გაატაროთ თქვენი არდადეგები შესანიშნავად. ამ მშვიდ საცხოვრებელში როგორც ოჯახთან ასევე მეგობრებთან ერთად შეძლებთ განტვირთვას. აქ დაგხვდებათ ულამაზესი გარემო, ეზო სადაც შეძლებთ დააგემოვნოთ ჩვენი ხილი და ბოსტნეული. კოტეჯის პირველ სართულზე განთავსებულია სასტუმრო ოთახი, სამზარეულო და საპირფარეშო. მეორე სართულზე დაგხვდებათ ორი საძინებელი დიდი აივნით. ის აღჭურვილია ყველა საჭირო ინვენტარით და განკუთვნილია 4 ადამიანზე. კოტეჯი მდებარეობს ზღვიდან 1კმ-ში ქალაქ ბათუმიდან 7კმ-ში.

Sunset Studio in the new Mziuri complex is - a few steps from the sea - 10 minutes by car to the center of Batumi - 2 km to the Botanical Garden This is the place where you will: - watch sunsets with a glass of wine - enjoy the clean air surrounded by green mountains and admire authentic Georgian houses - swim in the sea both day and night on the beach, where there are fewer tourists, with a sense of privacy. - watch the city traffic from afar and know that it doesn't affect you.

The apartment features beautiful sea views, with spacious and bright rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It includes a coffee machine with fresh beans, offering a variety of coffee options. Guests are welcomed with a complimentary bottle of red wine. Located on the 3rd floor with easy stair access. The building is newly constructed and the elevator is currently not in operation. The apartment is fully powered by electricity (no gas), offering a modern and safe stay.
