Refurbished Duplex Apartment in Historic Italian Village

This two bedroom, one bath unit offers private parking for up to four cars; private entry; it's own patio and a semi-private backyard (shared with the other side of duplex). A nice double-sized air mattress is also available with extra bed linens. Also included in the unit are a private W/D for use, ironing board, toiletries, wifi, ROKU and a fully stocked kitchen. Guests have access to half of the parking pad in back (fits up to four cars, stacked). Directly behind their side of the unit. We live in the unit next door. We are available as needed and you may see as as we come and go but aim to keep our interactions limited so as not to interrupt your experience. However, if you should need anything we are there to help. Located in historic Italian Village and part of the vibrant Short North Arts District, the neighborhood is rich with activity. Worth checking out are the new gym, brewery, and pool. The area is filled with galleries and dining destinations. Fortunately so much entertainment can be had within walking distance. However, Columbus does have Uber, Lyft, Bird Scooters, Lime Scooters (and Bikes), CoGo (Free city bikes) and more. He is friendly. Cozy Short North/OSU queen bed off-street parking

Our duplex is in the heart of Columbus. It has the most important thing about real estate-Location! It's just steps from High St. and all the Short North Arts district has to offer. OSU campus is just a short way north and the Arena District & downtown are a short way south. Ohio Stadium is 1.4 miles (28 min. walk) Go Bucks! There are many tasty restaurants within walking distance. Space has a kitchenette (no stove) if you chose to eat in. Grocery store & carry-out are also close by.

The Gallery (Short North/OSU/Downtown)

This 2nd-story private apt. is at the back of my circa 1880 home. This cheerful cozy aerie provides the comforts of home. Its prime location in the Short North is in easy reach of OSU and DT on foot or by bus. I expect guests to read my entire listing before booking & printed manual upon arrival, so that expectations are clear. As of 12/2022, the apt. feature a fully renovated bathroom. This is my home--not a hotel. I welcome all who know how to be good house guests.

This is a great apartment for access to events at Ohio State, Express Live, Nationwide Arena, the Convention Center, or Goodale Park. When you come home, enjoy relaxing on the back porch.
